It would be more likely that there are. Not suggesting those conspiracies are true but it is unlikely we are alone in the universe.

God used men to tell us his words. At the time those men wrote his word they could not have expressed something like that. There are plenty of foreseeing words in the Bible where I think God showed people the future and they described what they saw but had no idea what they saw. Revelations is full of thar kinda stuff.
