Lmao . As a union member we are only allowed to miss 3 days & then they can run us off , that includes 3 times being late . I can only have 3 repairs or mistakes then I get fired. I have never heard tell of family leave ... we have a no strike clause in our contract. I'm happy with it .
That wasn't a shot a union guys. Well maybe the ones who thought Biden cared about them. This shouldn't be that hard for him to work something out for them. Yet he will probably screw it up or continue to make it harder than it should be.

Just saying the railroad guys crying about strict absenteeism policy should shut up & go to work.
I meant I wasn't taking a shot. However if their policy is more strict than the military then maybe they have a legitimate request that Biden should have fixed already instead of dragging itvout to after the election.
What makes it a government problem? I don't see them being any more strict than us . Should have a strict policy on absenteeism. As union as I am I understand companies have to make a profit & losing money cause a person won't come to work is b.s
I use to be a welder. It's how I paid my way through college before joining the military. The company built trains. We didn't have a union. The company took good care of It's employees. So we always voted against it. They even helped pay for my education along with the GI Bill. They had a policy better than these guys.
You may not like that the government is involved. However they are and Biden is struggling to make a deal that shouldn't have been that difficult.

There is some very good contractors out there who do take very good care of the employees.
Government should perfect its duties the constitution gave them to do and nothing more.

his promotion was, in part, based identity classifications the base salivate over. His competency level is very poor but because he has politicized identity characteristics the party can exploit.
Acetylene welding is true art . I grew up watching my uncles & grandfather oxy/Acetylene welding.
I got to cut some things up when I was 16. Crazy I survived with all my appendages
I was playing in a welding shop ad a young kid . Was playing with tourches & welding at a young age
I don't feel the need to attack him for being Gay. Sucking at important jobs is sufficient enough. You agree he's not very competent at it right?
