and he and his anti-farmer...anti-food companies...anti-meat and anti-GMO nuts are the ones to blame when it happens:

U.S. Climate Envoy John Kerry: "We're already seeing climate refugees around the world. If you think migration has been a problem in Europe in the Syrian war ... wait until you see 100 million people for whom the entire food production capacity has collapsed."

This dickhead and his ilk really think that roof gardens on building in Manhatten and San Francisco are the answer..... laugable.
