The office of Rep. Ami Bera, D-Calif., confirmed to Fox News that two dozen Sacramento-area students are stranded in Afghanistan and the Biden administration has not provided an update on their status.

Bera’s office confirmed in an email to Fox News that the students were trapped overseas, and the California Democrat’s team has been in contact with the San Juan Unified School District (SJUSD) but has not received any update from the administration.

“Our office has been in close contact with the San Juan Unified School District, and have urgently flagged this with the Department of Defense and State Department. We have not received an update from DOD or State,” Bera spokesperson Travis Horne told Fox News on Tuesday.

School district staff told the Sacramento Bee on Monday that 24 of their students had not returned from Afghanistan.

The American students are hiding in Afghanistan.
According to family members the Taliban prevented the children from reaching the airport.

According to the Sacramento Bee about 9,700 Afghan people live in Sacramento County, more than any other county in the U.S.

What a fvckin train wreck Biden created. This is just not going to be a quick news cycle and move to another story. You will hear stories like this for months as people will still try to get out.

I'm sure something is being planned in the background, outside the public eye, to redirect the country's attention. Whatever it is will be tremendously evil.

Do they get extra credit if they are murdered?

Biden is clueless...and so are the misguided Social experimenters who are leading him around by his creepy sniffer.

They're so scared of Elder, they're now trying to call him the "face of White supremacy". Isn't that rich? White Supremacist racists pick a Black man to carry out their racist agenda against Blacks?

I'll show 'em how "racist" a Conservative Black man can be against White Liberals atl.

You sure look like a "White supremacist" to me Larry Bro. Work it!

Hey creepy Joe...YOU said any Black person who didn't vote for you wasn't Black. Suppose a lot of White folks vote for Larry Elder (who is Black) does that mean they're not White anymore?

You know what I meant atl, stop playing race baiting games

Ohhh!!!! Are YOU serious creepy Joe???? So tell me, is Larry Elder as "clean and articulate" of a nice story as Obama was? Will Blacks who vote for him still be Black?

He doesn't know atl, leave his creepy racist *** alone

Why are they even over there In the first place? Muslim families? Are we sure they didn’t want to stay and become extremists anyway?

Yea, if you look into the story a little more, they were resettled AFGs who are now citizens. Doesn’t alleviate our responsibility to them as citizens, and many recovery missions are just like this. Do-gooders and well intentioned humanitarian type folks who have no consideration of the evil in the world and it’s ability to impact them finding themselves in deep ****.

Maybe I am missing something here, but I just don't understand how everyone got caught off guard. People act like this just happened in a few days but the Taliban started making their move in April. People like me missed it early on because I wasn't paying much attention. But if you were in country, in the intel field or had family in country I don't see how you didn't know about it.

Also if it was me immediately after Biden stole the election, the writing was on the wall and I would have been preparing everything I needed to at least get my family out safely whether it would be getting the visa passports what ever. Even and Tourist visa to any country that would would support me and process the paperwork. That would have given me from Nov til Jun to get all that right.

Than as soon as I woke up and realized the Americans had left in the dead of the night I would have pulled all my money out, sold every thing I had in country and got all of my family out as soon as possible. Again even if it was a tourist visa. If I was coming to the US I would apply for asylum as soon as I got on the ground. I don't care if I would have had to put everyone up in a studio apartment or camp somewhere. I mean once Biden was installed and especially once the Americans left the writing was on the wall a blind man could see it.

Soon to come out, the State Dept wasn’t processing the visas, intentionally.

How is that even possible? Wouldn't that just create a bad situation?
You mean like the one we saw unfold? Yea.

They weren’t processing visas because the administration didn’t want the bad optics and a panic to ensue by the military causing them to capitulate. Hence the phone call conversation now being referenced.

Ive been telling you guys for 2 weeks now how fvcked this whole thing was. Kabul has 6 ingress points. 6, all through mountain passes. It could’ve been locked down from an assault by the Taliban in an hour with the MEU. State didn’t allow it. Neither State nor The Administration wanted the optics. The QRF on ground could’ve locked it down temporarily until the MEU was able to RIP with it.

We were trying to get equipment consolidated at Kabul going back to May to keep it from falling to Tali hands. The administration didn’t allow it.

There are very precision placed emails asking specific question at specific times. It’ll go partially quiet until the GOP takes the House and Senate, but there’s enough out there to bury this administration.

I am sorry I know you don't think so but this had to be planned. I get how stupid some can be, did you see that video with Stacks and I mean Stacks of $100 bill. I can't even imagine why they would have that much cash on Bagram unless it was put there for the Taliban, had to be millions.

It looks like it was planned only because of how little planning went into it. State had no clue what it was doing. It hadn’t been involved in AFG as anything other than window dressing for 20 years. DoD ran the show over there.

DoD and the IC let State and this Administration **** the bed. We can argue out of spite for deciding to withdraw, intentionally to punish Biden for deciding to withdraw, or just being pissed off for taking a back seat to State. Maybe my optics of what I saw are wrong and State was unable to make decisions and was paralyzed by the monumental task they had and got stuck in analysis paralysis. I don’t know. I do know, DoD had almost everyone out of country within 4 weeks of Biden’s announcement in April. I do know we crippled the AFGs ability to fight and sustain operations starting in May.

I seen the video with the Taliban member just going through and opening bands and bands of $100 bills. There were multiple crates full of those. I think it was left on purpose to give to the Taliban.

I think the entire Biden operation is a carefully designed plan to undermine America. Nothing they do is by accident. Yes they are incompetent. They're also diabolical.

Totally agree with you, but we still had people in Benghazi after everyone else in the free world had pulled out. What is the definition of stupid? Knowing that doing something is bad for you and doing it anyway. Or something like that.

That’s not even remotely close to what went down.

I think he is misunderstanding what happened in Benghazi, and with all the lying that went on with it you can't blame anyone from having that misunderstanding. He makes a valid point both operations were incompetent

I would have understood that had It been reported as AFG refugee students.
They’re still citizens and deserving of the same efforts as anyone else in this country. The fact he knowingly left American citizens on the ground in AFG should be cause of removal from office.

Agree on removing Biden, just couldn't understand US parents allowing children to go to Afg. on a school trip..
