Hey stupid Dave, hope you get into the B1G, so I can laugh at you on a weekly basis. Baseball, Basketball, Football. Losers.
Our conference may very well be losing a couple of big name programs, but at least we aren't stuck in CUSA like our little brothers in Huntington.
wrong my friend....WVU has several...rifle counts just as much as commie kickball...if the trophy says NCAA champs then that's what it is...and for the record the NCAA lists WV with 20 national championships..19 in rifle and 1 in boxing (boxing?..wtf?)......marshla has 3..' 1 in commie kickball and 2 in football...the only football champs listed are the jv...I mean 1AA no power 5 school gets credit for a natty for some reason

1-AA championship trophies are not much more significant than the Pinewood Derby championship trophy that I won when I was in the Cub Scouts.
......but significant than beating the UConn's of the world to get into a Bowl game.
UConn was in our conference in those days so there was no choice about playing them. While we are on that subject who did Virginia Tech call on a couple of years ago when they needed an easy win to become bowl eligible? They called 1-800-The Herd.

honestly my friend of many years what benefit does WVU get from playing marshla?......0-12 in football, 11-30something in basketball......what does WVU gain from such a game or series?.........WV can draw bigger crowds for better opponents, and if WV plays marshla and wins it's 'well they were supposed to" and if marshla plays their game of the century and somehow pulls the upset then everyone wants to know what's wrong with WV.......kind of like if marshla played WVU tech......oops....you did:mask:
What benefit does Ohio State get from playing WVU? But you regularly pound your frail chest and flap your dentures about how Ohio State should call WVU and schedule games. The same rationale applies. Know your place in the Sports World, which is as an also ran in a bad conference on life support.
