I don't think there was much of an issue in the 1992 or 2008 elections. 92 was because of Ross Perot. 2008 was a manufactured recession that they were able to pin on Bush. Plus McCain was such a weak candidate. 2012 is a different story. Out here in Nevada there were MANY complaints about votes getting switched.
