It's hatred of themselves projected onto Trump. In essence, Trump is their Christ, as unwilling as they are to admit it. They've put all of their enmity, bitterness, and avarice into him and sacrificed him on their sacred alter of social media to absolve themselves of all their sins.
They lead lives of vengeance, pettiness, and tyranny, then cite their opposition to Trump to show themselves as righteous.
Personally - I’ve always disliked Trump, since seeing his flashy, elitist, big bucks, better-than-you ******** all through the 90’s growing up. Daddy’s money, PR firms, teams of lawyers, playing the system - he really isn’t the greatest of human beings.
Now add that to his open embracing an attitude of always right, “always beautiful”, never wrong, always attacking, always praising himself, rarely giving credit to others.
Then add in the brashness of his attack on our voting integrity, and the embracing of literal rebellion on the freaking Hill.
Theres a lot I don’t like.
I will give him credit on being able to sell his name, not many have done it better. I also give him credit on being able to play people. How he gets hardworking, family oriented, honest people to see him as more important than our institutions formed by our Constitution is beyond me. I spent quite a bit of time on here trying to understand. I understand liking the conservatism in policy, and I’ve surely learned of the hatred and fear of the left by being on here - but yeah, I’m still floored by the passion you guys have in backing that man.
But hey, kept on Trumpin if you want, I just hope we start trimming the extremists and absolutists off, and start moving towards solutions.

Last year would have been perfect. You could have walked through a Trump rally wearing blm **** and maybe would have gotten jeers. Would you have had the courage to wear a Blue Lives Matter or Trump 2020 hat in the streets during a blm "peaceful protest?"

I see plenty of hate all around, but in some I see a desire to progress, in others I see them content.
What does that have to do with this. But to answer rightfully or wrongfully is not mine to make. That would only be an assumption on my part. I have no proof in any of it. I do believe and saw that he was railroaded by the media and setup to fail. But he also didn't know when to keep his mouth shut. He wins easily if he just keeps his mouth shut. If you believe the election results, then we are literally watching a former President trying to overturn a democratic election through misinformation and violence. I’d hope all news organizations would call out the misinformation and label his actions what they are: treason.

However, the ruling means they are now unlikely to be charged with homicide.
The autopsy found no evidence of an allergic reaction to chemicals, nor of internal or external injuries, Dr Francisco Diaz said.
Officer Sicknick, 42, was defending the Capitol building from supporters of then President Donald Trump who stormed it on 6 January. He collapsed after returning to his office during the siege, and died the next day in hospital.
In his ruling, Dr Diaz found Officer Sicknick died of a medical condition which was not brought on by an injury.
