Still think he will be found guilty of manslaughter, and MN will half burn. But thatnks to Maxine, he'll now get a mistrial from appeal, and the libtards won't know what that means, and will burn the country.
He should get a minimum sentence for failure to render aid or something like that. Guy was dying from drug overdose and he wasn't worth one person going to jail over his worthless life.Still think he will be found guilty of manslaughter, and MN will half burn. But thatnks to Maxine, he'll now get a mistrial from appeal, and the libtards won't know what that means, and will burn the country.

Floyd was a POS however I have taught defensive tactics all over the world. Can't defend that cop's actions. However IMO him being charged with murder is political overreach. A jury should be deciding on manslaughter at the most and if found innocent he should never work in law enforcement again. The riots are an excuse to destroy our country from within and there are no shortage of useful idiots. Can you imagine what they'd do if he wasn't a criminal lowlife? Nothing probably
I agree with you. What he did for as long as he did, was inexcusable. I bet they knew each other and Chauvin hated his guts from previous encounters.Floyd was a POS however I have taught defensive tactics all over the world. Can't defend that cops actions. It could have just been the frustration of fighting someone jacked up on drugs. Not an easy task. Got to keep emotions and adrenaline in check. Also not an easy task. His partner should have intervened.I agree with you. What he did for as long as he did, was inexcusable. I bet they knew each other and Chauvin hated his guts from previous encounters.
It's my wife contention ( I know, but there was a some links) that the cops were involved in the money laundering. They found a large stash of counterfeit money from China in MN a couple of months earlier and she thinks this is connected. There was some connections with Floyd and the bar he used to bounce at and another cop was also employed there...it was busted for counterfeit money.I agree with you. If there is a counterfeit op coming from China I guarantee they have paud off politicians. That how regular business is conducted in China. If cops were involved a Biden controlled Secret Service will bring charges against them. It helps the narrative. That is unless Democrat politicians are also involved. Then it's a coin toss.
I think he will be found guilty of manslaughter even though there is reasonable doubt. The next interesting issue will be his sentencing. He can get as little as four years.Still think he will be found guilty of manslaughter, and MN will half burn. There is and I should have included some Republicans are probably involved as well.If there is a counterfeit op coming from China I guarantee they have paud off politicians. That how regular business is conducted in China.
Maybe. Easy to say when you weren't there.Floyd was a POS however I have taught defensive tactics all over the world. Can't defend that cop's actions. I have been there and trained thousands of others to be there. Silly statement when every LEO SOP clearly states what you can and can't do. No LEO lawyers are going to sign off on that. That's why his defense attorney is not using department SOP to defend him.Maybe. Easy to say when you weren't there.
Oh, didn't realize you were on scene there. What day did you testify at the trial?I have been there and trained thousands of others to be there. You sound like idiot who sucks at trolling. Obviously the officer followed SOP. His lawyer just sucked at using that to defend him.Oh, didn't realize you were on scene there. What day did you testify at the trial?
You just said you were there when George Floyd was being detained to justify your opinion. And you say I sound like an idiot....You sound like idiot who sucks at trolling. Obviously the officer followed SOP. His lawyer just sucked at using that to defend him.
No thats not what I said and you are obviously too dumb to understand what a SOP is and how they are created. Link us a SOP or training manual from any LEO that states the officer was justified in what he did. Spoiler Alert you won't find one because there are other TTP's that are to be used. You just said you were there when George Floyd was being detained to justify your opinion. Good Grief.
We have a career attorney and a career LEO who are 99% in agreement with each other on most issues arguing here.No thats not what I said and you are obviously too dumb to understand what a SOP is and how they are created. I defend cops even when SOP's and politicians let them down. Will not defend this officer. The situation is a lot more complicated than some people realize. Floyd had fentanyl in his system. Most likely from China. He had counterfeit money. Most likely from China. He was wrong. The officers could and should have handled this better. Cities have already been looted and burned. Probably more to come regardless of the verdict. Nothing justifies that. The CCP will be laughing their asses off at us. Mission Acomplished. We have a career attorney and a career LEO who are 99% in agreement with each other on most issues arguing here.
Did he do the job perfectly? I don’t think anyone can argue that he did. Is he guilty of what they’re trying to say he’s guilty of? I don’t personally think so.I defend cops even when SOP's and politicians let them down. Will not defend this officer. The situation is a lot more complicated than some people realize. I don't either not Murder anyways. You're also smart enough to read what I just posted and see the BIG picture. Cops and military shouldn't have to be perfect. Too many variables. You also know SOP's and training manuals are written to protect us. When you have to go outside that you better to be able to justify your actions. Unfortunately now our enemies foregin and domestic are going to have a field day with this **** show.Did he do the job perfectly? I don’t think anyone can argue that he did. Is he guilty of what they’re trying to say he’s guilty of? I don’t personally think so.
For manslaughter, Chauvin only needs to have contributed to Floyd's death. That may also be true of the murder charges, don't recall. Regardless, those require some level of intent.Did he do the job perfectly? I don’t think anyone can argue that he did. Is he guilty of what they’re trying to say he’s guilty of? Pretty sure I saw a picture of Minneapolis PD during a training session where they taught the very thing that Chauvin did.I don't either not Murder anyways. MAXINE IS NOT AN IDIOT!He may still get murder 2. Maxine is an idiot. Don't think MN will be as nutty as you think. We'll see.
Some departments allow you to place your knee on a strong suspects neck and back area only until you get them restrained. A lot don't allow the neck area under any circumstance. If its in their SOP his lawyer should have used that to get him off. Keep in mind Floyd already had handcuffs on. Others ways to control a suspect in that situation. The training manuals are written in *** bleeding detail. I can guarantee it doesn't allow him to do what he did. When the manuals are approved by department lawyers they ask a lot of tough questions of the SME who wrote them.Pretty sure I saw a picture of Minneapolis PD during a training session where they taught the very thing that Chauvin did.
I’m personally of the opinion that you have to give these guys the benefit of the doubt unless there is something egregious. From the breakdown of the video and timelines, I just don’t see the egregious nature of it. Lot of stuff went wrong there and quickly. I think the paramedics were 90 seconds from the noted concern to picking up Floyd. Assume they’re stationed down the block. That’s really not that much time. That they had to do the scoop & scoot is just more evidence of the deterioration of the situation as it was happening. The crowd was a contributor and took the immediate focus off of Floyd towards the crowd. If the crowd hadn’t started forming, this likely could’ve turned out differently. Are they also contributors legally? If Chauvin can be tried for this, I think they can as well. For manslaughter, Chauvin only needs to have contributed to Floyd's death. That may also be true of the murder charges, don't recall. Regardless, those require some level of intent.
MAXINE IS NOT AN IDIOT!
She is NOT NEARLY intelligent enough to be elevated to such a lofty position.

The crowd was saying he should get off Floyd's neck. I'm not sure how that distracts from having your knee on someone's neck.I’m personally of the opinion that you have to give these guys the benefit of the doubt unless there is something egregious. I try to see both sides of these situations. I can emphasize with the police in a lot of these situations. This is not one where I can really emphasize with Chauvin.
