bud, I have already seen a lot of it. It's a rehash of a lot of stuff before. I know a lot about Tiger and his dad. You didn't

Tiger is getting another back surgery. As long as he continues to be loaded up on his daily pain killers, he should be able to return.
He's cleaned up. Give him credit. I'm a fan. He only cares about a few tournament s and it will be hard for him to win those cause those are the big ones.
Oh I enjoy Tiger and I’ve had the same surgery that he first had when I was 23. I know the pain he goes through and I’m sure he is on daily pain meds, but I don’t demonize them. If it helps someone live their life and function, I 100% support it.
As long as he is able to take the necessary time off to recover and not rush it like he’s done before, I have no doubt he will be able to make a return. One thing I’ve always said is that you can never count Tiger out. I don’t think anyone thought he would even win another Masters and he came out of nowhere that year to win it.
The thing I’m most interested in, is Tigers Dad. Dude is zen and confident as hell...it’s impressive in a way. He also ****** up his kid....which is the worst thing a father can do. Hard to combine the two and have it make sense.

Started watching it. on part two. Did not know about the girlfriend, Dina. I can tell you that the rumors were that Earl was getting $100,000 a year from Nike while Tiger was an amateur with the expectation that Tiger would be with Nike when he turns pro. You can bet money that Earl and Tida were worried that Tiger would get her pregnant and there goes his gravy train. Also, Tiger never picked up the bill for the special forces when they went out. Pissed off those operators.

he became what he despised in his dad. I had heard that the Seals tore him up. A young man who use to call on me back in the mid 90's, grew up in his neighborhood. His mom asked him if he remembered the little black boy he use to play with? She told him that was Tiger Woods.
I was playing a practice round for the first stage of the US OPen, the only time I ever entered it, and picked up with this really good player from charles Town area. Don't remember his name but he was pro and really, really good. He told me he was one of the alternates for the Torrey pines Open that tiger won with the broke leg. He was on site but nobody pulled out but he stuck around for the tournament since he had credentials to watch. He said he was down on 18 near the green right near the lake on 18 when Tiger made that putt. Said it was the loudest thing he ever heard.
Couple random thoughts & memories;
When was on USNAVY Buiness travel, staying at Coronado BOQ - I'd wake up in the morning listening to the Seals Train while singing/training on the beach.
Coronado is a wonderful
San Diego Island, of sorts.

2nd memory when watching Tiger at Congressional- i was surprised to see that Tiger wasn't that big physically.
He's about 6 - 1/190 +.
Buildt like a Div1 WR or DB.
Big but not that big, size wise.
Yes his gallery was/is massive- had to stay 1 hole ahead, of Tiger.

My good friend from golf, worked in the pro shop of Augusta National for over 20 years. He said ole Arnold Palmer was a ***** hound. The caddy master helped get him girls from the other side of the tracks

was free to military employees.
Hot mornings walking Congressional
and Avenel.
Tiger had a military tent, where Gatorade, banana, apples, water, other healthy treat free.
Gatorade never tasted so good.
Saw Greg Norman, he bitched enough to get Avenel changed- spoiled Brat, smug Greg Norman.
I've walked Avenel about 12 - 15 times.
Congressional 5 times ish.
I've walked Avenel before and after the modification- my amateur opinion is Avenel got a bad name because of #9.
#9 had some "personality" fun before they gutted it.
But mostly the Avenel changes were interesting from 10 - 14.

Pretty...the club house reminded me of San Diego, Congressional.
It's amazing that both Avenel and Congressional are almost located
side-by-side in Potomac Md, off of Bradley Blvd, i think.
