If that were to happen, Trump 270, Biden 268.

I think this whole thing ends up gong the 12th Amendment route, with the House ultimately deciding, one vote per state.

I think the State Legislatures also invalidate the fraudulent vote counts, and appoint electors who then decide to take the issue to the House of Representatives. Then your scenario plays out.

27 to 23 States vote in the House for Trump.

Left goes into full riot mode.

I count 29 Republican led legislatures, 19 Democrat and 2 split. Do you see two Republican legislatures defying party lines?

legitimate ballots do not come packed in a suitcase.

No not really, it's just hard to tell how some of the more Linguini spine GOPers in a few of those so called "swing" States will vote.

We still haven't been told why those ballots were left under a table while the active count was ongoing? Just when were they planning on pulling them out to count?
