Until those legal challenges are either adjudicated or dismissed, today's vote count in Georgia is nothing more than a preliminary indication of who currently commands the most votes? Legal judgments could throw into question the entire process, and re-open the votes to closer scrutiny to satisfy court orders on authenticating thousands of missing, miscounted, altered, or unsubstantiated ballots.

Back in February when the initial estimates on fatalities from the virus were announced by the CDC, we were told from two to 4 million Americans would die. Compared to those infected, the actual death total is less than 1% of that prediction.
Republicans have introduced balanced budget amendments, drastic proposals to cut discretionary spending, a line item veto, zero based budgets, and total elimination of wasteful spending programs. Democrats have rejected all of those measures.
