My point is legal challenges remain both as to how these votes were tabulated, as well as audited. State certification means zero if those legal challenges are heard and upheld.

Just be honest with the men on this board, you have no fukking clue how this works and you are throwing **** against the wall like Rudy and Lin Wood.......

Fully disagree. It is hurting the republic; it is emboldening our adversaries; it is weakening the credibility in so many ways throughout the world. As you say, let it play out and see how wrong you are but unfortunately, that will be too late for the country and the citizens.
Another demo-rat pointing the finger at Trump instead of where it belongs. Russian collusion anybody?

As I said, court challenges both as to the accuracy of the vote tabulations, as well as the certification process remain. Until those legal challenges are either adjudicated or dismissed, today's vote count in Georgia is nothing more than a preliminary indication of who currently commands the most votes? Legal judgments could throw into question the entire process, and re-open the votes to closer scrutiny to satisfy court orders on authenticating thousands of missing, miscounted, altered, or unsubstantiated ballots.

Georgia recount ‘error’ nearly gave Biden 9600 extra votes, as more uncounted Trump ballots discovered

excerpt:
Separately, lawyer L. Lin Wood has filed a number of affidavits in his lawsuit against the Georgia Secretary of State, as he seeks an emergency order blocking the certification of the results.

Nine of the witnesses to the recount process claimed to have seen suspiciously pristine mail-in ballots, almost all for Mr Biden, with voting bubbles perfectly filled in – as though they had been printed or machine stamped.
We’re going into the canvassing phase of this election. That means we’re assuring that the votes cast are cast as the voter intended and counted appropriately. We have questions that have to be answered.”

Well, you’re a squishy-faced retard, so luckily your opinion doesn’t mean anything to anyone around here.

The Left can't claim "victory" as much as they're salivating to while Trump's legal team pursues avenues of possible irregularities in the voting. The longer the legal wrangling reverberates, the more maniacal Leftists transform themselves becoming enraged and so desperate to see the proverbial steak finally driven through Trump's Evil Vampire heart! [laughing]

He won't let them celebrate... he won't just die....he's calling them frauds, cheaters, and liars. Frauds, cheaters, and liars hate being called frauds, cheaters, and liars...particularly when the person making the call is quite capable of backing it up with hard evidence proving they are indeed nothing but a bunch of frauds, cheaters, and liars.

Let's see how the court cases transpire? If Trump wins his legal challenges, (mounting evidence suggests he will too) not one vote being certified now will remain so, and then the Left will go totally insane.

Must see T-V!

Why can't you Leftists win something honestly? You lost in '16 and blamed Russians. You lost impeachment and blamed corrupt GOP Senators. You lost House seats and now blame Trump (folks only just wanted to get rid of him) now you're about to lose Court challenges over this rampant voter fraud and you're blaming the Lawyers presenting the case (yet you haven't even heard their case yet!)

YOU were asked today to provide crime stats on Bloomberg's years, his budget figures, and real estate values in New York City during his time in Office. YOU claimed there was zero debt, zero crime, and all time highs in real estate. Were you lying about that?

I can prove you were, but I simply want to know how honest YOU are? Why don't you show me?

You won't, you can't. You're a Leftist, and the fact is you simply cannot tell the Truth. That's why Trump's legal team is gonna fry your lying Leftist asses again with this rampant voter fraud. All you folks do is lie, cheat, and try to win being something you're not...and can never be.....that's honest.

Accuse someone from the left of lying.....that is rich.

The GOP has been just as untruthful to the American people as the Dems have.

OK fair enough. Name the biggest "lie" the GOP has told the American people. Make it better than "Trump 'colluded' with the Russians to steal the '16 election.

Uh, that one didn't quite work out as we had hoped @wvjeff

My favorite the GOP uses.... The tax cuts will pay for themselves......oops... they never do.

The virus will be down to zero case shortly.

We need to tackle the debt but only when a Democrat is in the White House.

The GOP is no better.

Tax cuts ALWAYS pay for themselves. Revenues increased after the tax cuts, to record highs. They always do. Congress spends more than they increase. Besides you don't have to "pay" to keep more of your own money! It doesn't belong to Government!

The virus will be down to zero case shortly.
Back in February when the initial estimates on fatalities from the virus were announced by the CDC, we were told from two to 4 million Americans would die. Compared to those infected, the actual death total is less than 1% of that prediction.

We need to tackle the debt but only when a Democrat is in the White House.

Republicans have introduced balanced budget amendments, drastic proposals to cut discretionary spending, a line item veto, zero based budgets, and total elimination of wasteful spending programs. Democrats have rejected all of those measures.

What were the lies?

I jumped in at page 5, only read part of the first page of the thread.

“America’s Mayor” on national television sweating like he’s been “tucking his shirt in” for 30 minutes with hair dye running down both sides of his head, rambling some nonsense about Micky Mouse and half-assed explaining provisional ballots and flat out lying. The guy should be disbarred. Sydney Powell talking about some guy who has been dead for seven years rigging election machines to favor Biden. LMAO!

What a pathetic, sad, embarrassing, **** show. Wow! How low this country has stooped.

First one you are wrong.....the revenues didn't increase....pretty easy to look up.

Second.......Trump said it would be zero cases........has nothing to do with what the CDC said......it's what Trump said.

Third......They are only interested in those items when a democrat is in office.... They spend like drunken sailors when they have the White House. How about pushing for those items when you have total control?

Republicans are responsible for running up debt, no argument there. What was their lie though about it? Whenever they have made attempts to reduce simply the rates of growth of discretionary spending (since entitlements are the true drivers of the debt) Democrats oppose them each and every time.

Name the last spending cuts Democrats supported (outside of gutting the Military) One program they agreed to reduce spending on or eliminate. Like Planned Parenthood. Trump proposed eliminating all Federal funding to them. How did Democrats vote on that?

You won't honestly answer.

excerpt:
The tax reform law passed in 2017 cut taxes for every income group of Americans, disproportionately benefiting the middle class. The vast, vast, majority of taxpayers received a tax cut, an empirical fact confirmed by every nonpartisan analysis. We've written previously that the tax cuts are not responsible for the federal government's red ink, including a post about increased tax revenues, in spite of -- or perhaps more accurately because of -- the lower rates, which helped fuel a strong economy. We now have updated data, and the numbers speak for themselves
(read the linked article)

...more

excerpt:
Q: Will the tax cuts really add $2 trillion to the national debt?

A:
No, it’s spending that adds to the debt.

Tax reform’s promise was simple. American families will send an average of $1,400 less to Washington each year. For that promise to be true, however, Congress must also reduce spending.

looks to me like the bush cuts failed in 02 and 03

We had a brief recession in those years, overall revenues went up during the Bush years after those tax cuts. The only thing that causes deficits is increased spending, not additional revenues. Revenues have always increased, Congress spends beyond those additional dollars.

I don't disagree both parties lie. I asked you to tell me what were the biggest Republican lies? Your examples were policy disputes. A lie is a deliberate misstatement of a known and verified fact. For instance "there were no weapons of mass destruction found" . We were told they existed, that was a lie.

If you signed up for the ACA, you were not allowed to "keep your doctor or your plan". If you had private health coverage you liked, you could not afford to keep it because of the unfunded mandates placed on private Insurance by the ACA.

That was a lie.

Trump shut the country down to control the number of deaths. If all we had to worry about was "infections" we'd all have just gotten infected and kept on truckin'. Fact is we were worried about DEATHS, not infections. Even wearing these stupid masks, folks are getting infected. Fewer are dying though as we now know how to treat it. 257,000 deaths (while tragic) is NOT 4 million.

Trump gets no credit for a fabulous response early on in this health risk that SAVED LIVES and he gets no credit for the rapid development of a vaccine that hopefully saves even more lives. You're just so full of hate you can't see anything good that came out of our handling of this.

Keep hate alive, your party is winning big on it. [eyeroll]

You're the only New Yorker who says there was "zero crime" in the streets when Bloomberg was Mayor.
That was an overstatement on my part. Although the crime rate in NYC was cut by 50% while Bloomberg was mayor.

But someone from Atlanta has no business lecturing anyone on crime. It’s recently been the murder capital of the US and is currently the 6th most dangerous city in the US.
