When Repub legislatures expect a sea of mail in votes but won't let the vote counting start until election day you get this. One thing about having different election laws is you don't get as many systemic problems imo for example everyone doing the same wrong thing like starting counting of mail in ballots on election day. Fortunately there are only a few Repubs out there making it harder and slower for everyone.

You mean like they do in Fla and don't do in Pa?

How sad is it that scum like you hate the Constitution, the founding fathers and every institution this country has? We are a country of individual states and certain responsibilities are left up to the states and the collection of all makes us who we are. States run the elections and for the few federal offices in the grand scheme of our great country, there are laws and processes in place to ensure a fair and functional outcome.

It is left up to the state legislatures, it is not left up to the state AG's.

Wrong. State constitutions dictate the responsibilities. The constitution gives the legislature the ability to make certain laws to put forth various details of the process.

Learn some civics.

I have no issue with the States setting things up as they see fit - as you implied it is a States responsibility (as should a lot of things should be). I think the issue is how inept some states are in handling the system they have set-up. There are some transparency issues as well and where there is lack of transparency, it opens up for allegations of fraud.

Trumpsters love to scream fraud especially election fraud when there is none. Tell us about the findings of the POTUS's election fraud committee after the 2016 election.

Oh so you believe everything has been transparent in this election so far?

Wrong as usual. The constitution says the state legislatures set when the vote is to occur and when it ends. It is not left up to other bureaucrats to change it or extend it.

If you want to be an official election observer, I'm sure there is a process. You do realize that election counting rooms are full of observers from both sides.

If the left truly won, they shouldn’t be concerned about recounts.

Not in Philly, the repubs have been excluded from being able to watch close enough to see anything.

I just told you, they're not hiding anything. Lots of observers, you're just not one of them.

Just saw on TV...the observers are not allowed within 15 ft of the workers...they are even putting up barriers between them in PA...are you sure about this?

Yes. Moe has verified every PA vote

Having voted in PA for the past 12 years (not this year) I voted absentee in 2012...they rejected my ballot due to my sig. I was notified 6 months after the election...after reading about curing your vote, I'm pretty sure they did not follow the rules.

We aren't. You should take a tip from one of your right wing buddies, Scott Walker. He said yesterday, recounts may change the totals by a few hundred votes but not by 20,000.

Trump should ask for a recount in every state that is really close, where he legally can. Let's get these recounts done by the end of the calendar year so there is an orderly, peaceful transition of power on January 20, 2021.

And some states really suck at it.

That's REALLY sad.

Election workers in this country will count somewhere around 130-140 million votes in 3 days, with obsevers from both parties present and apolitical observers present. This isn't done "on line" where it could be susceptible to hacking and tampering. I find it fairly impressive.

I supposed vote collection boxes that are left unattended can't be tampered with either.

A Republican Congressman from Illinois stated that claiming voting fraud with no evidence undermines our democracy and Constitution. He also stated there is absolutely no evidence of this that has been found. Every vote that was submitted legally and before the deadline should be counted, regardless of how long it takes.
