I think what Texas and Oklahoma want are schools who have the ability to use this platform to better themselves.

What is important to WVU as an university.
If football is they have to spend the money. So far they have done a pretty good job.

TCU and maybe Oklahoma State are the schools who have. Both finished Top 5 as legit football teams.
