What about cheese sticks??

There's a real art to those.

Too much breading simply overwhelms the cheese. What you want is a thin breading and a thick stick of cheese. The cheese is meant to be the star. Too often the breading photobombs the cheese. That must stop.

Well...for some people 150,000 deaths and 100,000 more to come can lead to "fear and hysteria".

I mean...not for you. You have everything all figured out. But for others, death and or severe illness is not a favorable outcome.

Again...not for many on this board that recently became infectious disease experts. But for mortals pandemics can be scary.

Let me apologize on their behalf for annoying you.

Hell...the whole reason we're so crushed by this pandemic is because the president ignored uncomfortable facts for 6 weeks.

Then decided to provide no leadership since.

Obviously it's a grand strategy.

Lol...you love to play that abortion card when in a corner.

What maniacal actions and long claws are to wolverines, abortion is for you.
You don't have the means nor the frontal lobe to corner someone like myself. I toy with people like you. A modern-day FAO Schwartz I am.

Perhaps in your next life.

On second thought ... perhaps not.

Funny I've never seen "hysteria" for the common flu deaths which in the last five years DWARFS those numbers. Alcohol related deaths in the US are steady at 88,000 a year ............. not a peep about that either. Also I don't know how you're going to fit in those additional 100,000 deaths in the next 90 days with multiple vaccines already in production.

So did everyone stop dying from other causes? People freaking out about individuals (who were near death anyway) would lose it to see the daily death totals in a country of 325M.

We need to take bets on how quickly an on topic thread can be banished to the OT board

I'd love to observe the betting line on when the franchises and universities simply say "Every new infection is going to delay or derail games and the season in general" and just come to grips with the fact that with infections now being the standard (notice how that has changed?), there's no way they're even getting through a season uninterrupted. That's if a season even commences.

That was the entire point of the confab regarding the Packer's dart board decision. That was until Captain Cretin decided to hop on his menstrual cycle and do wheelies in the thread.

exactly.....like when Nancy Pelosi walked thru Chinatown in SF and told everyone that the virus was nothing and to come out and enjoy the festivities...

https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/nancy-pelosi-visits-san-franciscos-chinatown/2240247/

or like when DeBlasio walked around NYC telling everyone the the St. Patties Day parade was a go and all is well, no worries here...

https://www.newyorkled.com/nyc-mayo...ncel-the-st-patricks-day-parade-march-9-2020/

Having stupid people to mock is so much fun....yep, all Trumps fault. lol

Don the con has you wrapped around his tiny little finger.

Whats it like being a mark for a life long con man? Do you feel as dumb as you look?

This was done weeks before....you know, proactively and before anyone suggested he do it. And it saved possibly millions. The WHO said it was not needed and person to person contact was not spreading it. But you are the expert.

I am dumb looking but ...... my 401k IS THROUGH THE ROOF, the wall is getting built so no more line jumping illegal immigration/sex slave trading/child exploitation/drug trafficking. Taxes are low, my home value it at an all time high, I can retire 3-5 years earlier than I thought, judges are getting settled into Federal benches so the Constitution can be interpreted rather than re-written, the military is strong again, no new wars have been started and old ones are winding down, business's are coming home, jobs were at an historic high, unemployment was at an historic low (records for minorities and women), drug prices were finally being addressed, investing was at an all time high, China was getting it's *** kicked in trade negotiations (see: China Virus unleashed), Mexico/Canada trade negotiations agreed and signed with NAFTA getting dumped, Obama and his henchmen were/are being exposed as traitors, Liberal press exposed as lackeys for the left (see: hypocrisy) etc....I'm tired of typing.

So yea, Trump good con man, Obama/Biden/Hillary...failed con men. Thanks for playing

Well...there's no way to argue that. You clearly know how an alternative realty would have gone.

Please let me know what would have happened if JFK wasn't killed. I've always been curious.

Not to mention those deaths are "Covid related"

So if a terminal cancer patient dies, and happens to have contracted Covid beforehand...that's a Covid related death. We all talk about these deaths being separate from deaths that potentially would have occurred anyway, and that's not always entirely true. I hate to see anyone succumb to this horrible pandemic, but the fear and shaming is ridiculous.

Deaths from drugs...booze....cars...flu....are mostly preventable...They are all Terrible ways that humans can die from...This new Covid 19 bat crap from China as of now is NOT preventable UNLESS you wear a mask and stay at a safe distance from
people and wash your hands after touching something that other people touch..Like doors, tables, chairs etc...One of the 155,000 + who have passed away is my cousin...He was just unlucky,or he did not try to do the right thing for himself or his family...Don't be unlucky people...Do the right thing for yourself and your loved ones...

Like abortion is murder.

Don't see you saying much about those 60 million lives ... with "MILLIONS to come"

You and your little "Sanctity of life" chestnut is amusing.

And yet people get in their vehicles and drive daily.

https://www.asirt.org/safe-travel/road-safety-facts/

  • Approximately 1.35 million people die in road crashes each year, on average 3,700 people lose their lives every day on the roads.
  • An additional 20-50 million suffer non-fatal injuries, often resulting in long-term disabilities.
  • More than half of all road traffic deaths occur among vulnerable road users—pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
  • Road traffic injuries are the leading cause of death among young people aged 5-29. Young adults aged 15-44 account for more than half of all road deaths.

Yet, you were the FIRST PERSON in this thread to interject political parties and politicians.

The first one.

The thread was about the denial the sports world is living in within this paradigm of fear and hysteria and here you go spouting off your Liberal politics ... naming names ... vomiting political idiocy (as usual) ... and the like.

Go read the thread.

Who was the first person to shoehorn politics into this? It was you. The human condition was the only thing referenced in the thread beyond the primary point and that was the leagues having NO IDEA how to navigate a season if "infections" are what shuts things down..

Apparently you haven't noticed much political hyperbole in American Politics. It infects both the left and the right. You will understand when you get a little older, and wiser.

Washington Post:
One of the most famous and insightful lines Donald Trump offered on the campaign trail in 2016 came during a stop in Iowa, shortly before that state’s caucuses.

“I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and wouldn’t lose any voters, okay?” Trump said, mimicking firing a gun with his fingers. “It’s, like, incredible.”

It was a comment about the robustness of his base of support, and it repeatedly has been demonstrated to be true.
