Wow, so much information on there, and most of what's mentioned seems to make a lot is sense... You might even call most of it, common sense, or common knowledge, in regards to HEPA filters and ventilation.

In my house, we have HEPA filters, but will also be installing the UV filter system in the ductwork as well.

It's amazing to me that this isn't being discussed a lot more.

Yeah, unfortunately the infighting between the left and right wastes too much time that could be better spent working together. This is also where you (he) should be relying on his "people" in the field; no one is an expert on all things... Gotta have people in place to work as a team.

This would have been a great article if it hadn't seemingly denied the fact that the reaction was being steered for purposes totally unrelated to the virus itself. Folks aren't wanting to combat the virus as much as they are seeking to capitalize on it.

The wish lists in these "relief" packages largely have zero to do with addressing the medical nature of this pathogen. No rational human being could deny that. Of course it's been politicized and as long as you have people trying to craft "new normals" on the backs of those ill (or dying) it's hard to take these articles seriously.

How could any serious journalist assume the intent of lawmakers and culture-creators (that would have to implement this mode of attack) would ever be aboveboard?

This article assumes benevolence exists at the upper echelons. It simply doesn't and the scribe can't see the forest for the trees littered with all that surplus toilet paper.

Maybe; there's always more to learn with something like this. The ventilation angle is one more way to help combat this thing until we can develop some type of immunity and/or eradicate it. I'm no expert, so I have no idea if we'll end up doing just the former, or eventually the latter. We'll see...

In our company we have issued guidelines to either set the ventilation systems of all building to maximize outside air and minimize recirc or to open the windows and turn ventilation off. There was a paper on air travel a few months ago indicating that it may not be a major route of transmission because of the amount of air flow and the filtered flow being from top of the cabin to the bottom. This was an industry paper so not the most objective in the world, but that was their theory. At about the same time there was also a study on a cruise ship where they indicated that there were virus particle in the ventilation system but that they had no cases where they felt it had spread through ventilation. This because they were able to contact trace all the cases to direct contact with an infected person. It was also an internal paper so again not the most objective. Spread by ventilation is definitely getting more attention now.

I've read WHO's most recent guidelines. They do not state they don't work for the US’s situation. They may not have a purpose if you're outside and more than 6 feet away and not in a crowd. Nor is there reason to recommend them if you don't have access. Fauci has clarified his March remarks, part of which included him saying masks were not needed for the public because there aren't enough to go around Do you not seem him in a mask frequently? If you think the world is flat or we didn't land on the moon, go without the mask. It's just sad you'll be part of the problem that's killing thousands, costing thousands of jobs, and costing us trillions of dollars.

Masks aren't foolproof. Neither is distancing. There is not a definite line all the time, just like seatbelts aren't always enough. You can still get it if both are within 6 feet and wearing N95s. Depends on time of exposure, concentration of virus, and your body.

Most of us can survive it. We need to be real and get on with our lives. Everybody should be taking hydroxychloriquine as a prophylaxis

The Chicoms caused it. Time to nationalize the debt that China has of ours and tell them to F off, we aren't paying anything anymore.
