Guess SEC gets more creds in football than basketball, huh?


Gonzaga is #1 and rightfully so at the moment.


But, what, 5 or 6 teams have lost this season while being ranked #1 so it doesn’t mean that much.


That’s what I love about college basketball: If you are among the 68 teams in March Madness you have the same shot at the national title as #1.


Just win 6 games and you’re national champs.


WVU, as all Mountaineer fans know, is #22 with the Associated Press sportswriters and #23 with the college coaches.


Doesn’t matter in December.


Now, let’s beat Ohio State and Kansas and this young Hogan’s Heroes are on their way to some Big 12 and March Madness glory!!!!

Auburn was final 4 last year losing to UVA 63-62 on 3 foul shots with 0.6 left on the clock. Gave Kansas a beat down in 2nd round 89-71. Smacked UNC 97-80 in 3rd round then beat Kentucky 77-71 in OT. No need to slap another team in another conference that is capable of winning it all.
