It is criminal. He leaked the call to Eric Ciaramella the whistleblower who may work in the CIA is not on a need to know basis. Matter of fact he was previously relieved of his duties from the Whitehouse for leaking. Lt. Col Vindman also just committed perjury. On top of all that he admitted to violating numerous UCMJ articles. This is all coming out and if it makes it to the Senate this will blow up badly.
List the articles of the UCMJ Vindman committed in the performance of his duties. If you say none you're going to get mocked.
