Reading the testimony, they disagreed with the POTUS foreign policy, period. They have an obligation to follow his directives on said foreign policy or resign if they’re unable or unwilling to.

Although people against the President’s policies disagree with this, it is absolutely true.
Although there are surely certain issues that are passionately pursued at State by people spanning different administrations, I agree that Chief Big gut - little dick runs foreign policy, and those at State serve at his pleasure. They should just resign.
