Bevin tried to bring sanity back to teachers pension, stopping reckless spending gets you voted out.
Just look at his sanity before speaking. Check out how much money he recently took out of pension funds. For his spending to gain votes.
Public pensions should never have been funded by the % of tax dollars and not enough by the employees.

And it's always good to see Obama turds go down to defeat too. Right after the ACA, Obama's turds got flushed too. Difference, the country was so much better off without those turds who hated America

In politics everybody loses at some point. Except in Virginia where blackface is appropriate.
I expect it. The state has become a **** hole. Blackface and rape is now condoned. I will say, I don't like Northam but I know what it's like to go thru finals in professional school and know how much celebrating is done. I wouldn't hold what some 23 year old dress up as in a party 35 years ago.
KY lost the gov. race because of Obama! KY accepted the ACA Medicaid money and Blevin tried to get out of the system. People don't like it when entitlements get taken away. Healthcare in KY was 98% against him for that reason. They like the money!
He also attempted to fix the looming public pension debacle. That didn't go over well either. People don't like preventative actions that hurt in the short run but are long term winners.
Just pointing out the hypocrisy of the left. They virtue signal everything except when affects their party, both sides ar probably guilty of this. The Lt Gov accused of rape was much more recent and swept under the rug. My problem with northam wasn't the blackface, it is his policies.

It's just amusing to me that the left is screaming "Ky's going blue". It's not, and the other statewide races reflect that fact. This was more a referendum on Bevin's likability and not Trump's likability.
No, I don't think anyone is claiming that (or I haven't read it if they are). But, the head of the state government was defeated.......Trump campaigned hard for him......he was up or even in many of the polls leading up to the election.......Bevin wasn't likable, in fact he reminds me of a particular loud-mouth person who claims victory even in defeat and has replaced position after position in his office the past 3 years, including numerous scandals and investigations......after typing that, maybe Bevin was more likable than the "other person" I mentioned........
