Hey dog poo for brains......I never said I prosecuted a case. I said I investigated white collar crime. The House is not prosecuting a case either. Lordy you are so ignorant. I still collected evidence to turn over to whomever either our legal department or security. 20 plus years ago I went through the VA State Police interrogation interview technique training.

Who do you think does the internal corporate investigations before law enforcement is contacted?

Now, remember, Fred is the expert on everything......remember when he told the Economics professor he was wrong? Yeah, well....you are wrong too......get it?

On a serious note I'm confident you're an outstanding account.

No you haven't.

Somewhere between 30-40. Everything from self dealing to C-Suite fraud. Dude I uncovered a massive loan fraud because a mortgage underwriter in my company bought her kid a top of the line l

Not sure what an account is but I do have an accounting degree from WVU. Never worked as an accountant though.

You are also outstanding at catching auto correct mistakes.

apparently not. I forgot to finish that but it was a good catch. This lady had a kid in the little league I was president over. We had heard rumors of her excessive partying. Her kid shows up one Saturday with a $250 Little League bat in the late 90s. I decided to look around and found 18 fictitious mortgage loans she originated. Not a bad catch.

So how do you know what you were investigating amounted to criminal activity if you were merely performing your audit functions or corporate security investigative responsibilities? As I said, neither security nor audit investigates "crimes". They merely report and observe whatever evidence they uncover in their respective functions. The criminal activity is determined by Law enforcement or corporate attorneys who are ordered to press charges based on the evidence you collect.

It doesn't matter. You don't know what is or is not a "crime" as an auditor or corporate security officer. That's not your job. That's why companies have attorneys who know the law and use your evidence gathered from any "investigation" to determine if crimes were committed and who might be responsible?

Gunny I gave that guy specific and detailed
instructions via PM as to exactly where he could meet me in Morgantown two weeks ago during the Iowa State game to say to me in person anything he feels so compelled to say now on this board.

Know what?

He never showed up! He claims I have him "blocked" so that's why he never got my private message. [eyeroll]

You, me, 82, Dave, Tar Heel, 007, and a few others constantly PM each other. You know we have a six page thread currently going right now. I've also PM other OT members and NO ONE has ever had a problem reading any PM I've ever sent except that coward!

I don't block anyone, I don't put anyone on "ignore" I don't restrict anyone from PM me. That punk *** coward simply didn't show up as he promised and I waited damn near 2 HOURS outside MPS for him to come say to my face whatever he so boldly taps out on his fierce keyboard.

Ignore him...I do.

Buy a few 55 gallon drums of KY. You're tribe is going to need it.

Pelosi said today the "hearing" may no longer include the Ukraine phone call!:scream:

Might be "obstruction" from the Mueller report.[eyeroll]

You said: "So how do you know what you were investigating amounted to criminal activity?" You cannot be this dumb......

Let's see....falsifying loan documents is a crime even in your industry. Theft or taking assets (let's say cash in this example) of an employer for personal use is a crime. Conspiring with others to commit loan fraud is a crime. Using corporate funds to pay your mortgage is a crime. Falsifying bank records is a crime. Taking bribes to makes loans in a crime. Violation of Section 8 of HUD can be a crime (this was a great case I uncovered). Loan discrimination can be a crime (see trump). Laundering money is crime. I would hope that you understand the cash transaction rules in your industry. If not you should.

Hey I am not a prosecutor. I have had two $400,000-ish frauds I found where the companies (2 different ones) elected to allow employees to resign and never even referred the cases to law enforcement. Most of the large firms I have worked for have former high ranking law enforcement in the security departments. They guided me and often worked hand in hand with me in collecting evidence.

Keep arguing if you must though.

It's a free country vote for whoever you like. However if you had to chose between Warren Sanders of Trump who do you suck if and deal with.

Are you asking if I had to pick one of the three? I'd likely pick Warren simply because I think she is more center than Bernie. Her lack of honesty bothers me greatly though.

YOU as either a corporate security investigator or auditor do NOT know what if any crimes have been committed if you are merely investigating evidence of possible criminal activity.

As I said, you simply collect the evidence and let Law enforcement or corporate counsel make those determinations. You coming off to this board as if you have some ancillary expertise cracking criminal conspiracies or recognizing criminal intent because of your background as a corporate security officer or internal auditor is as laughable as it is disingenuous.

Try giving the board your expertise on something you really have intimate knowledge of...like being an unapologetic Socialist.

Of course you'd deny that though wouldn't 'ya?

Liar.[eyeroll]
