I dont know what Trump said. All I can see is what is in the edited video in this thread. Did he say something before or after this clip of video that would would add context to what this clip shows. When he says the "phony emoluments clause" line he says "you" to the media and then stops his quote and rambles onto something else. So I dont know if he is saying the emoluments clause is phony or if he was trying to say something else and didnt complete the quote. There are peiple shouting questions at him so it is unclear what he is trying to say.
