This puts Congressional oversight into a whole new atmosphere. The Dims have given up on the Senate and the Executive branch, all that is left is Congress and career gov. employees who want to protect their own jobs over the will of the people.

What should we call this new political system? Congressionalism?

It's exactly like I predicted. They'll use the Whistleblower act as a means to consistently attack Trump and not allow Trump to defend himself against those attacks.

They will fail and in the mean time they will destroy the whole whistleblower process for legit issues in the future.
