ACC because you have the chance to play Clemson.
PAC 12 lacks any elite competition so by beating their top teams you won't get any credit.
By beating Clemson you will.
Top 25 isn't as important as Top 10.
National perception is that Utah isn't really a Top 10 team.

If those are the 2 choices I’d pick the PAC 12, but if the choices were go Independent or PAC 12 I’d go Independent.
Neither are great football conference right now. I don’t give 2 ***** about basketball. Just give me a football conference where the fans care about college football more than anything else. You can say that in the SEC, the Big XII and in the B1G. You can’t say it in the PAC 12 or the ACC.

Do you even follow college football...at all? Really. PAC 12 has six schools in Top 25 and you say they're crap? Really. At least try to sound intelligent dude lol.
Rankings are basically popularity polls. The pac hasnt won any significant games this season, nor has the acc. Lots of losses in both.
No reason the acc should have two ranked and its absurd to have 6 ranked in the pac, meanwhile the BIG 12 has like 6 of 10 undefeated, best non con of any conference, and another few with one loss, but only two teams ranked by the media.
