I expect you to be the one leaving.

@Boomerwv YOUR words that will haunt YOU forever [winking]

Do you guys want to bet that he doesnt testify by the end of the month?

Loser stops posting on this board?

So, not taking the bet? You guys seem so sure of yourselves.

I think he shows up but he won't answer these key questions:

Mr. Mueller when were you first aware of "no collusion"?

Mr. Mueller, can you tell us what parts of the dossier used to spy on the Trump campaign were verified for the FISC?

Mr. Mueller, can you tell the committee if your investigation was criminal in nature or a counter espionage operation, and how you were "obstructed" from either? If it was criminal what was the crime you were investigating? If it was counterespionage, why weren't we and Trump warned of the "national security threat"? What was it?

He'll show up, but he won't answer those questions. I'll bet you he won't and if you lose the bet, YOU go away and stop posting your Leftist drivel on this forum?

Bet?

I'll make it even easier for you. If he shows up and explains how Trump "colluded" with Russians or how he was "obstructed" from determining that I'll leave and you'll never hear from me again.

What will I get in return from you?

That's my bet. Mueller explains Trump's "collusion" and "obstruction" ....I'll leave this forum permanently. He doesn't...YOU do!

K.

Seems like a win win for me. I dont have to read your nonsense again either way.

Any questions @Boomerwv ?

Lol. He said he didnt find evidence of collusion, and then has discussed the nearly dozen instances he saw as being potential obstruction. He has referenced the report and agreed with those assessments. He even said that without the OLC guidelines he would have indicted.

What part dont you understand?

There were no guidelines preventing him from naming "obstruction" as a crime or indicting it. There was no impedance of his investigation, nor was it stopped. There was no collusion. He hasn't explained either. What are YOU missing?

I'll let you drivel on today because Mueller isn't finished being roasted,(testifying) but I don't want to see your lying *** on this board anymore after today. YOU agreed to a bet, man up and honor it you pathetic loser.

What are you talking about no guidelines? Do you think DOJ employees are able to indict sitting presidents? That's what he is saying prevented him from doing so.

There isnt an argument that you can make saying he hasnt answered these questions. That's just not true and that was the bet we made.

He couldn't cite the DOJ language preventing him from naming Trump in an obstruction charge. He was specifically asked to cite that and he didn't. Why not boomerwv?

If you're suggesting he's answered the questions based on the terms of our bet I'll accept that. However if I do, you must now tell me how Trump "colluded" with Russians and "obstructed" justice because that was also what we agreed to in our bet that he would explain in order for me to leave this forum.

If you can tell me what he's said today about all of that, I'm out of here. If you can't, this is my last post to you before I start ripping you as a miserable Leftist losing liar.

Are you saying that a sitting president can be indicted then?

I dont know what explanation of collusion you want him to gi e when he says he didnt find evidence of it. All morning he answered questions about what the elements of obstruction are and how they applied to the incidents in the report.

Specifically discussed were the efforts made to remove him and end the investigation.

Here's the thing. Mueller said he wouldnt go outside of his report and would rely on it during testimony. The things that you wanted explained were right there in it, clearly explained. I took that bet because it was obvious that he would answer those questions as he did.

You may not like how he answered them, but he did answer them.

Then why didn't he charge Trump with "obstruction" if everything you posted here is true @Boomerwv ? Barr even asked him when the report was submitted if his refusal to indict on obstruction was in any way limited by DOJ precedent?

His answer to Barr was no. He was also specifically asked today boomerwv what the exact restrictions were on him naming Trump in an obstruction indictment? He refused to answer the question, or didn't offer an answer.

You'd better get the Hell out of here after today, or I will rip your shameless losing *** up one side and down the other. This is another example why you never make a bet with Leftists. Not only will they refuse to honor the bet, they will lie on the terms even making it.

You'd better be done after today, unless Mueller explains chapter and verse how Trump "colluded" or how he was "obstructed" from finishing his investigation that concluded "No collusion", "No obstruction"

Dave this fool (Mueller) doesn't even admit investigating Russia's attempts to influence our election were part of his investigation! He says when asked that it was "outside his purview"!

WTF? o_O That was the whole point behind his investigation! My God!

Sorry Atl, none if the things you say here are either true or relevent to the bet we made. Questions were asked and answered. Again, your agreement with the answers doesn't matter.

Btw, are you threatening me? Do you think I'm afraid of you?

Mueller was asked if he knew his lead investigator attended a Hillary Clinton victory celebration election party? His lead investigator boomerwv!

Did he answer?

First he said he didn't know. Then when pressed he simply refused to answer.

Honestly I couldn't care less if you are "afraid" of me or not. No need to be, I haven't threatened you. I just want you to be a man of your word and honor your bet. If I'm supposed to leave because Mueller is answering all of these questions about "collusion" and "obstruction", why can't YOU explain to me how Trump did either or why he wasn't even charged with either?

Are you going to honor our bet and leave after today or keep parsing what Mueller isn't answering?

His hiring decisions were not part of the bet, stop obfuscating.

"We, at the outset determined that ... when it came to the Presidents culpability, we needed to go forward only after taking into account the OLC opinion that indicated that a President, sitting President, cannot be indicted."

That is from his response to Nadler at the onset of the morning session.

Honestly, Idc if you go or not. I never expected that you would. I figured you would do just what you have been. Try to muddy the waters and toss things around to obscure the point. The bet was simple and clear, he answered the questions regarding the two major subjects of his investigation "collusion" and obstruction.

Mueller has refused to answer a lot of questions like his in house personnel, items being investigated by other groups, and ongoing litigation.....but none of those were things we agreed to.

So you do whatever you want. I have won this bet and as such I am just not going to acknowledge you here again in any way.

@Boomerwv Mueller again reiterated there was no restriction on his indictment of Trump for "obstruction".

https://www.politico.com/story/2019/07/24/robert-mueller-testimony-1428423

excerpt
Former special counsel Robert Mueller walked back his most explosive testimony Wednesday, after he initially suggested he didn't indict President Donald Trump because of a technical Justice Department policy — a crucial reversal that marked an unsteady day of testimony.

“The reason, again, that you did not indict Donald Trump is because of [a Justice Department] opinion stating that you cannot indict a sitting president, correct?” Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) asked.

“That is correct,” responded Mueller, who declined a chance to retract his comments when pressed later by Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.). Mueller, however, corrected himself during the second portion of his testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, saying, "That is not the correct way to say it."

So @Boomerwv ...on this particular question which is at the heart of Mueller's case against Trump for "obstruction" are you still insisting he's answered this question as to how Trump "obstructed" or why he wasn't charged with it?

I knew you'd find a way to weasel out of the bet. I'll just consider you a liar like the rest of your brethren on the Left, so if you don't post me anymore but choose to stay on this forum after having your head handed to you from this embarrassing display from Mueller do what you were going to do anyway.

No way I expected you to be a man of your word or honor. That's impossible for you folks on the Left.
