Defending communism? Never have.

Defending socialism? Sure, I'm guilty. Certain aspects of socialism is good. Not a 100% socialist nation, but some.....sure.

Socialism = Giving freedom away to the government

Outside of our military, name one government-run system that runs properly and efficiently.

Do non-government systems run properly and efficiently? Never see cases of private business embezzlement? People losing their pensions that they paid in to for 40 years?

Parts of socialism are good for a society.

Crony capitalism is just as bad as communism. Not a fan of it either.

The private sector is MUCH better than anything government-run.

According to the Constitution
  • Inherent rights: Rights that anyone living in America has;
  • Self Government: Government by the people; and
  • Separation of Powers: Branches of government with different powers.

History books are cool. You're lost !
The word Nazi is short for Nationalsozialist (supporter of the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei) in the German language. This means "National Socialist German Workers' Party".

Read a little. Then get back to me. He chose that name to gain traction for his party. Hitlers Germany was not socialist.

Read something other than propaganda. Marx and Engels were German. The seeds were planted long before Hitler. National Socialism was a different version of Communism but all Socialism all day.

I know Marx was German. What does that have to do with Hitler’s beliefs?

The political views of Adolf Hitler have presented historians and biographers with some difficulty. His writings and methods were often adapted to need and circumstance, although there were some steady themes, including antisemitism, anti-communism, anti-parliamentarianism, German Lebensraum ("living space"), belief in the superiority of an "Aryan race" and an extreme form of German nationalism. Hitler personally claimed he was fighting against "Jewish Marxism".[A 1]

Keep spinning and defending your precious socialism. It's your religion so I understand however the name Nazi is a contraction of the full party name, National Socialist German Workers' Party(Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei; NSDAP). Nazism, in short, is simply one of several varieties of socialism. As a political party it controlled Germany from 1933-1945 under Adolf Hitler, resulting in World War II and a campaign of mostly anti-Jewishand racist politics, resulting in genocide (see the Holocaust).

Supporters of Communism, or of socialism in general, like to pretend that Nazism was not socialist but "right wing", for similar reasons to why fascism is often associated with the right wing despite being left wing. Despite this, however, it featured enough similarities with Communism that they were in fact closer to the far left, even including anti-Semitism, which Karl Marx had advocated. It was common in those days, as it is in ours, to identify the Communists as leftist and the Nazis as rightists, as if they stood on opposite ends of the ideological spectrum. But Ludwig von Mises knew differently. They both sported the same ideological pedigree of socialism. "The German and Russiansystems of socialism have in common the fact that the big government has full control of the means of production. It decides what shall be produced and how. It allots to each individual a share of consumer's goods for his consumption."

Hitlers Germany employed many socialist tenets.....Nazi programs called for the nationalization of education, health care, transportation, and other major industries. The Nazis instituted and vigorously enforced a strict gun control regimen. They denounced Christians as right-wing fanatics.
Hitler said this in a 1927 speech, “We are socialists. We are the enemies of today’s capitalist system of exploitation … and we are determined to destroy this system under all conditions.”
I can't say if Hitler was really a believer in socialism as sometimes things change and are not what they appear to be......Does Castro and the Cuban revolution ring a bell?

This sounds just like Bernie and AOC:
