If administrators are getting rid of good teachers in favor of bad teachers than perhaps we need to start looking at replacing them too. You were the one who brought up how things work in the real world but when you are confronted with real world realities all you have left are fat jokes and nuh uh's.

Just leave the thread before you say something even more stupid.

Please don't tell Vernon......please........

Oh, and it's simple too, Dave. If a charter school pops up in a county with 3 schools, of which only ONE is underperforming. But the result of loss finances for the county school system results in dozens of RIFs. Guess what? It won't be only the "bad school" that loses teachers.

Now, put down the Big Mac....you've had enough.

You are not exactly making a good point. If a county with 3 schools has a charter pop up and hires 20 teachers and the county has a RIF of 20 teachers, how many teachers are unemployed?

Stick to fat jokes and telling lies because when it comes to logic, reason and the real world you are a dolt.

The point of the education bill is to benefit students, not to protect whichever shitfuk teacher you fear will lose their job.

No jobs are going to be lost in the Republican Education Reform Bill.

You’re an idiot. Just like a state legislator said no jobs would be lost when two hospitals in Huntington merged and people were being fired as the plan was being contemplated and she was making the ridiculous statement.

My point is plain and clear, Dave.

1. Charter school opens
2. Funds pulled from other 3 schools
3. ALL 3 schools must use RIF

Now, you area saying the new Charter school opening will create the jobs for those teachers. Will it? Or will they open up "jobs" for "any" teacher from "any" state, thus meaning that at least some of those receiving a RIF will NOT be rehired. The law doesn't say that the Charter school MUST hire teachers from the public schools already in the county.

Are jobs at the other 3 schools not open to any teacher from any state? Is your suggestion that Charter schools might want to hire better teachers than the ones currently in the county? Isnt that called a job market in the real world?

Wait until mountaineerwv realizes the charter school will hire the best teachers away from the other 3 county schools and that is where the RIF will come from.

Yeah, it's also called "assuming" the new charter school will hire the best candidates....and the best candidates will not lose their jobs. What I presented were FACTS that jobs will be affected.

Its called a job market. Since you like the real world so much, in the real world everyone tries to hire the best candidates. One would hope the county will also hire the best candidates. If a charter school can get candidates from other states to come there to teach and they are trying to hire the best teachers why doesnt the county hire those teachers? Why on earth wouldnt a charter school want to hire the best teachers? They're only funding comes directly from the number of students they draw to their school. They HAVE to hire the best teachers they can get.

Lesson over. Stop while you are behind.

Really? No jobs lost? So, when a charter school opens, pulling funding from the local schools, resulting in a RIF for many faculty members, that doesn't affect them? Delusional.
The bill includes a variety of proposed changes to the education system, including pay raises, increased support personnel for schools, open enrollment, incentives to fill in-demand positions and financial support for small or struggling counties. Three charter schools in the next four years is not going to hurt anyone plus the local school board has to approve the charter school.

You realize your response on timestamp doesn't do anything for your statement? No, of course you don't. Go eat another donut.
The timestamp shows that I made a post 3 minutes before he responded with a changed version of my post.

As you can see, when a post is edited the timestamp changes to note when it was edited. He clearly edited my quote.

If Dave changed his post it would say it was edited and it doesn't. You fell for a kkkuntry lie. That's what you get for being friends with a racist.

I did not edit his post. I copied it exactly as it was posted. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Of course you edited the post. Are you really suggesting that I not only misspelled the word but I also made that world bold?

Since you misspelled the word "word", I'll say a good bet you did the other word as well.....

(EDIT: Hmmm.......)

Making the world bold? You aren't that powerful. I guess I changed that too.
My post didnt say what his quote claims it did. Rivals documented the time and date of both posts. The facts are behind my claim.

Really, how come when I edit it doesn't say "edit" in the timestamp? Time to do some investigating......
