Bama passed it. I’m not sure how I feel about it, it’s insane to me that there is even an attraction in grown men towards young children. I don’t understand it, and I don’t know how to prevent the horrors that occcur.

A sexual attack on someone under 13, I think is the law. A pill that removes sexual desire and the ability to perform sexually is administered by the state. Until deemed no longer needed. Once the subject stops taking the pill, the effects are reversed.
Sounds worse than the description. I was thinking like muratic acid to the balls.
Are we talking about a 16 year old having sex with a 13 year old or a 31 year old having sex with that same 13 year old?
Based on the description alone and without hearing a deeper poibt counter point, I am ok with it for child predators....if cutting off their heads is out as an option
Dumb. They arent doing it just for the sexual reasons so it wont stop their actions and they won't need to get it up to commit them either, it will just change their fantasies, and likely to a more violent one.
How about we relax our laws surrounding marijuana and apply it retroactively and use that free space to just keep rapists in prison so that we dont need to worry about when they are going to do it again?

Yeah, I don’t know how someone that sexual abuses or assaults someone under 13 isn’t given life with no parole anyway.
I support mental counseling and medication for the incarcerated. I also believe the incarcerated should be voluntarily participating, it shouldn't be forced. I believe a vigorous effort should be made with counseling but if after repeated attempts are refused, then the terms of the sentence/condition of the release can be adjusted based on the incarcerated's participation, or lack thereof, as part of the rehabilitation process.
You would be completely shocked to know the number of people who have never been prosecuted who have sexually assaulted minors.
IF you are an adult, and you rape any child......ESPECIALLY a child under the age of 13.......then take the word "chemical" out of the punishment and just get a knife and anesthesia being an option for the victim's family to decide. I'd prefer having them executed, but cutting their nuts off with a knife would be fine as well.
