Only difference this time Barr is investigating "real" criminal activity with those damn fraudulent FISA warrants, and that fake *** dossier used to spy on Trump's campaign (which Dems said wasn't happening btw)

I would guess he is correct.
Gowdy is a bit of a dramatist, but he's usually pretty spot on in his exegesis of the Law. I'm reasonably confident we're about to see some of the more damning evidence of all this corruption. I won't be surprised as it's revealed, but I'll get pissed if heads aren't rolling afterwards.

Well, maybe the Dems can drain him from the swamp. But he has a lot of fight in him so I don’t think he can be drained. The votes aren’t there in the Senate to impeach. Is there a third plan? A reliable “insurance policy”? Maybe Adamn, Nancy, Chuckie and the lovely MAXINE can make us believe he is a Russian puppet. That is working real well! In fact, it’s looking like plan three will help really drain more of the swamp. Can’t happen fast enough for me.
There's only one plan and that's to send Trump back to the private sector. The most likely plan for that is the 2020 election. An impeachment inquiry is an option but I'm not sure how that will help them get the info that they're seeking seeking as Trump has instructed everyone to obstruct justice (defy subpoenas and interview requests). My crystal ball is in the shop so I'll just wait and watch to see what happens next.
Understand, my crystal ball is laid up too. I do get the sense that Nadler, Maxine, And even Biden are more and more negative. I can’t even stand to listen to them. But you certainly can cast your vote. It is our way, unless the intelligence community decides to try to interfere again.
