I was watching the Blues play the San Jose Sharks last night (game was in St. Louis). Halfway through the 3rd period, they played Country Roads and all the fans sang along. The score was 4-3 at the time, the Blues leading. Does anyone know the story?

They played it one night during a break and everyone sang along. So they kept doing it
That's odd. No clue. On a similar note, I learned that the Red Sox play 'Sweet Caroline' during the 7th inning stretch and if you yell 'Eat **** Pitt', you'll get lots of people staring at you.
I did that a few years ago. Those libz will eventually learn. When did you go to Fenway?
Late last year, had a ball. My wife and I try to go to Boston a couple times a year (4 hr drive) but this was our first trip to Fenway. Awesome. Went with a coworker who goes to a dozen games a year, and he knew how to do it right.
