I believe once the FISA applications are declassified, we'll get to the bottom of who was behind the plans to illegally spy on the Trump campaign. Gowdy never lost a case. The problem, Comey exonerated HRC. No matter how guilty she is, that will be one hurdle that's hard to overcome.

Well he has said, multiple times, that the Russia investigation should have happened and I thought you said it was illegal. I just put 2 and 2 together.

Gowdy said it should have happened in order to clear the allegations. He also said it before quite a few people’s testimony confirmed so much that was only speculative at the time.
I like Gowdy a lot.
None of that discounts the fact games the previous admin were playing with the DOJ, FBI, and our foreign allies intelligence services.
He said there was enough smoke to warrant an investigation. All investigations are born to clear or indict subjects. What context am I missing.
