i wonder why the grand jury would still be working at all, not to mention "robustly", after Mueller submitted his secret report. Any criminal lawyers on the board able to help us with this one? Didn't the Barr Summary say no more indictments? Seems strange.

It means other federal prosecutors could or are presenting evidence for indictments to it.

There are a myriad of connected investigations, Mueller being a narrow part of that larger operation, but much of but it beginning in his office and being handed off. There are cases ongoing and witnesses still cooperating as well.

I'm not any kind of attorney, but I agree with some others that this may all be to get some testimony on record under oath. That's a stretch though. Most of the time that sort of stuff happens, they are looking to get testimony under oath in order to secure an indictment. If they are saying that no more indictments are coming, why the need to sit people in front of a GJ? Maybe a CYA move to detail some of the investigation processes under oath? I really have no idea.
