During the Teddy Cruz shutdown, the House (which was under control of the GOP) tried to open up the government by passing bills that would fund individual agencies and Horrible Harry refused to let them see the light of day in the Senate. Now roles are reversed and the Dems are crying foul.......ooops.

And why? Because McConnell won't bring it (the bill passed in the House on 3 January) to the floor for a vote. So who is responsible for the shutdown? Answer: trump and McConnell.
