I like the "Judge Sullivan tells Mueller to piss off, drops all charges" option [roll]

Didn't both sides agree to no jail time already? Is this really a mystery in MAGA land?

Who cares, binky already spilled the beans and Mueller is five steps ahead of the dumbasses on here and Trumps floundering legal strategy. Those dastardly liberals! lol, it's his own DOJ that brought him down, I guess they are all Democrats. Trump was a Democrat, Mueller, Comey and Sessions ? lmfao

What is the obligation of the judge in those agreements?

Sullivan gave him every chance to withdraw, and Flynn wouldn't. I changed my vote, the verdict isn't out yet.

From guilt to innocence based on entrapment.
Flynn concurred, after Sullivan said he was not trying to trick Flynn, but wanted to know if he wanted to postpone sentencing or reconsider his plea. “I would like to proceed your honor,” Flynn said. “Because you are guilty of this offense?” the judge said. “Yes, your honor."

that he was coerced into lying, Reiterated his guilty plea and effectively said he knew it was illegal to lie to the FBI when he did it. Sucks when all the henchman aren't on the same page ******** wise.

Doesn't conflict with what I said. Sullivan had nearly been begging him to withdraw. Flynn won't budge.

Jack ****, but they usually listen when both sides agree.
Normally, but it depends on the judge and his mood. They are so damned independent, they do not appreciate the fact that anyone can influence his decision. For those, you grin and bear it.

Sullivan is making Flynn admit to knowingly breaking the law, over and over again, while under oath in court. It's great that people don't understand this. :joy:

Yaaaaaaaassss!!! Sullivan wants him to remove his plea? Is that what you are saying?

Yes. It certainly was a dressing down, but, Sullivan has no love lost for prosecutors, either. I bet the plea gets thrown out, Flynn gets more charges, but he will address prosecutorial issues as well.
