I'd be very surprised if nothing leaks, no one in DC can keep their mouth shut.
I’d be very surprised if Trump tries to keep it under wraps. We’ve got a 2 years worth of fraud for him to use as political fodder against the Dems.

When does he release the part about Russian Collusion and or Obstruction? I’m guessing that comes out around the same time the Gruber Warmers produce an accurate climate model.
Lol, still looking for it.

We’ve seen enough evidence at this point to show that was all a lie. Moreover, we saw the last Admin weaponize the FBI and Justice Dept. against opposition candidates.

Last week “unnamed Obama admin” disclosed in the Vanity Fair article they had a plan to shut Trump down with Russian interference narrative when he lost to force his acceptance of her coronation.

There was a tell all inside the campaign of Hilde that came out in 2017 that said the Clinton campaign decided to pivot that to collusion once they saw that she lost on election night.

People just wanted to believe so much that that was why she lost, not that their platform didn’t resonate. Cmon, liberals lacking self awareness? Just another Fridayz

The only thing I think that the campaign was guilty of was trying to get the dirt on Hilliary. I'm not surprised that a civilian like Trump's son didn't realize that was illegal.
Not sure why that info search would be illegal, it's not like TOP SECRET INFO....

Time to put up or shut up. He's had plenty of time and we need something new to complain about on the OT board.

Starr investigated Clinton for 7 years. chill
Not quite sure where you came up with 7 years, Starr was hired in August of 94 and issued a criminal referral in 97. That's less than three.

The frustrating thing, to me, is that, whenever the report is finished, there is a good chance the report will not be released to the public. And i’m not talking about selective, out-of-context leaks of snippets of the report by either party that favor their narrative or agenda. Given the horrible division in this country of each side saying the other side is un-American because they don’t think the same on various issues, the American public needs to see the totality of what evidence Mueller has found. We need closure on this, whether his report implicates Trump or whether his report clears Trump.

Simply from a lawyer’s perspective, i would love for Mueller to subpoena Trump to testify before the grand jury (whether it be in person or by video), just to see the fierce legal battle on that issue between Team Mueller and Team Trump, and see what the Supreme Court would do with it (even though one Justice’s vote seems pretty clear already from his writings and confirmation testimony).

Apparently they dont have a lot of evidence to require a subpoena.

Of course when this ******** started this was the obvious conclusion. The people who started this did iy to cause division and harness the president. Why would they want their political shenanigans exposed?

What is he going to be grand juried over? I’d think you would have to have some kind of evidence to order him? It’s not like they can compel testimony. If he refuses, what’s the judge gonna do? Order him in contempt? Hahahaha

They were hoping for obstruction and perjury but those dogs ain’t hunting either since obstruction wasn’t included in the written questions and written answers aren’t going to be perjury based with a team of lawyers answering them.

I see there were zero takers on my connecting the Vanity Fair article with that tell all book from 2017 or the Vanity Fair article being them trying to cover their *** for illegally spying on opposition campaigns.

I am not privy to what evidence Mueller has found. No one outside of Mueller’s team has such knowledge. Lacking actual knowledge of what is in Mueller’s files, it is impossible for me (or anyone) to credibly answer your series of questions, at this point. Rank speculation and guesswork counts for nothing in the courtroom, which is where your question about validity of a subpoena leads. Is a sitting President above the law while in office? What if there is evidence of a murder by a POTUS? Do we want that person leading our country? What about the interference with running the country if POTUS is subject to subpoeana or indictment while in office? Great topic for a legal argument before the Unired States Supreme Court. The issue was alluded to by the USSC in the investigations of Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, but not in the particular context of which we are speaking today.

While many obviously, and understandably, enjoy using speculation for back-and-forth banter on these issues (i reckon Vernon loves the traffic on the message board), i find it entertaining but not very informative or a solid basis upon which to answer your questions in the first paragraph. As i’ve said a number of times, Mueller may have solid evidence of wrongdoing (and it could be wrongdoing by Dems as well as Repubs), or he may not have solid evidence. Obviously, the Guilty peas and convictions confirm some wrongdoing by some people. I still hope that whatever Mueller puts on the table is accepted by both sides, and i firmly believe the best way to do that is through full transparency of releasing the entire report (reasonably redacted for information that compromises lives or national security) for the American public to read and form their own, individual opinions, rather than the selective summaries or snippets chosen by either the Repubs or Dems or the media.

Interesting discussion. Thanks.
