Great move by her. She has heart felt feelings that keep he from being a supporter. However, she deeply respects Kavanaugh and is not a radical. To assist her fellow Republican who MUST attend his daughter's wedding she will not create a situation where he is in a bind. By voting 'present' she is NOT a NO. nor is she a YES. The vote now appears to be 50--YES and 48--NO which includes YES votes from Joe Manchin and Flakey Flake and 2 Republicans not voting either way. She should be applauded.
