His professional record and the people who worked with him have laid it out. You can whine and pout and kick and scream like a fuking ***** if you want but the facts show you are wrong and silly.
Again!

Where do they find and recruits these things?

This is a great question. I actually think it is time to publish the Democratic playbook. Included should be:

*Past smears (who was Borked)
*Affiliations of the accusers
*Funding/Affiliation of the lawyers for the accusers
*Results attained
*Timing of the accusation
*Nature of the accusation

When I think of the effectiveness of this tactic, it makes me sick. A few examples are Harry Reed standing up in the Senate and stating he heard Romney had not paid any taxes in over 10 years. He knew it wasn't true but when asked if he was sorry for the slander, he said Mitch didn't win did he.... Bob McDonald owes $10 million in legal fees. Why is this important? Well Ed Gillespie was no where near as strong of a candidate for Va Senator. In fact, he came close to taking out Mark Warner with a poorly funded and lack of name recognition campaign. With out the legal problems, McDonald could have gotten the job done. And by the way, the supreme court decided unanimously he was innocent. Really did not matter to the left because that decision came years after his public career was ended.

It is either time to understand and publish this playbook or begin the tactic on Democratic representatves. I don't want to sink to option 2, so lets research and publish.

Won’t matter at all to the Dems if we did that. They’ve already proven for decades they don’t give a ****. Ted Kennedy killed a woman and was able to run for President. Keith Ellison has a much more credible accusation than anything at Kavanaugh and there is zero discussion about it.

Look at the filth on that committee. Cory Booker actually did assault a woman in his youth. Gillespie lied about his military record. Kamala Harris was a mistress and slept her way into politics. Feinstein, Jesus, just look at her over the last year and that’s enough on its own. No need to even go back to 1820s when she was fresh in the Senate.

How can someone who approves of the destruction of a person and his family with no evidence that corroborates the allegation be allowed to teach children? Would not want BoomBoom teaching my kids anything.
I take that to heart. But I don’t think the accusations should be stuffed in a drawer either.

Good points.... Guess we need to swing a few more news outlets away from the Dems to actually start to make a dent in the "court" of public opinion. But one thing I notice about your post, the examples were all of hypocrisy where the press could under print of fail to print a negative story on a Democratic public figure.

What I'd like a better handle on is the tactical attacks that have worked in the past on right leaning public officials. Then I'd hand the list to the Donald for use at his ralleys. At least he can get some good examples of the treacherous attacks in front of some independents. It is past time for them to understand what can happen to their families if they happen to be on the right of an issue that matters to the left. Hell, Ann Coulter, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens are regularly attacked in an attempt to silence their voices. It amazes me how ignorant some citizens are when it comes to politics. It has become a bare knuckle fight fueled by very rich Dems and foreign interests.... Makes me sick.

Self critique is good. Hope you really do that.

But if you think these accusations were tucked in a drawer, that troubles me. Ms. Ford's accusations were covered non stop by every news/internet outlet there is. My god, it was non stop. The testimony in front of the committee was also intensely covered/watched. Can't imagine how bad it was for this man's family.

No one is advocating to shove them in a drawer.
so then, what was they way it should have been handled?

Feinstein should have turned over the information to the FBI to include it in the background investigation pre-committee. That would have allowed it to be investigated without the circus around it and it would have been thoroughly vetted.

She and every other Democrat on that committee have tried to destroy this man’s life. You all making references to Merrick Garland are a joke. Garland was simply not heard in committee. The GOP didn’t try to ruin his life, reputation, and embarrass him publicly with uncorroborated and outright false allegations as in the case of the 2nd - 5th accusers.

The first one I believe is complete ******** as well and I hope there was enough information pulled by the prosecutor to cross reference for a perjury charge against Ford, and a civil suit by the Kavanaughs against not only her but her attorneys and Feinstein.

These cries for the FBI investigation should have been pointed right to Feinstein for how SHE handled the accusation. She had the information with plenty of time for it to be included in what would have a been a more thorough check than what is currently occurring.

Ford indicated she wanted to take the option of testifying in private in Calli.... Why did she not know the committee would have been fine with coming to her. Clearly she was shaken by having to go in front of the cameras. But her lawyers wanted the Dems on the committee wanted the public forum. Have to admit, it was intense and I did want to see who she was.

Since Dems played politics with the accusation, go through the confirmation process as quickly as possible, and if something VALID pops up, impeach him. I'll help you in that process.

It’s tougher to impeach a justice than to confirm. Senate denies confirmation for legal philosophies, so it’s a process that doesn’t require hard evidence of crime.
