New Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick details parties where girls were drugged and raped

When I was in high school, college-aged people attended parties that I attended with a mix of high school and college-aged people.
I rolled a couple college sloots when I was in high school that were home for the weekend or holiday. I dated a couple of freshmen in college when I was a Jr in high school. The girl who took my delicate flower was when I was a sophomore and she was a freshman. We dated for about 6 months.
Just what was in affidavit, odd that she only calls out Kavanaugh and Judge but doesn’t name the rapists. Curious, those names wouldn’t be included or the names of the rest of the participants of said rape rally.
I must admit I was in line for a train when I went to Fairmont State for a recruiting trip in high school. My first night in college my roommate and I picked up a chick and did not bang her but she ended up running a train in the back of my mom's car (about 8 guys) and we had instant cred the rest of the year.

OK. So you went to lame parties? Vacation bible school does count as a party!
While in HS in lived in Evansdale and went to many WVU parties....both frat and others. I know of no one in college that went to any HS parties with MHS,UHS or St Francis HS students.
You have some factual errors.
Left vs Right:
The nominee after Bork, Ginsburg, admitted to smoking pot in college and removed himself from the process. No one was trying to legalize pot back then. Bork was voted down due to some claims of prejudice. Take that however you choose.
Judge Thomas was investigated for sexual harassment in an age when sexual harassment wasn't seen as a huge issue like it is today. The Dem controlled Senate (and committee) decided to not take testimony from other women with similar accusations.
GHWB lost an election in a three-way race with Ross Perot taking votes primarily from his supporters. He was also locked in a race against a much better politician, Clinton, when the economy was down, and he had raised taxes despite his promise not to.
The biggest complaint I heard about GWB was that he was riding his father's coat tails. He had success because of his name, not his accomplishments. He was slighted for several things once he was President, but what President isn't.
Justice Alito had aligned himself previously with an organization at Princeton that sought to keep women out and disregard Affirmative Action with respect to candidates for faculty positions and students. He disavowed the stance of the organization.
McCain was damaged mostly by being of the same party as the current office holder while the economy was in turmoil. A lot of folks applauded his character, mainly because he refused to bow to the folks who tried to paint Obama as a Muslim Kenyan.
Romney was damaged by his business practices, rightly or wrongly. He was successfully painted as a rich guy who didn't understand regular people. The 47% comment he made on tape gave credence to those thoughts.
President Trump made 100 statements that would have derailed any other candidate in the course of the election. People on the left held his feet to the fire regarding that more than anything else. The Russia stuff followed the election.
I'll leave the Kav stuff alone because I think we, the public, don't have enough reliable info to decide either way right now.
On the other side:
Kennedy was part of a powerful, rich public family. He did some terrible things, but he won elections and passed legislation. That's not a defense of his actions, only that he had to answer to his voters on the charges against him.
Carter has shown himself to be a person of character, especially after leaving office. That didn't make him a good president.
Clinton was a very good politician. He ran against 2 very good men, GHWB and Dole, and he beat both fairly easily. People used to call Reagan the Teflon President. That was really Clinton. No matter what you got on him, nothing would stick.
Obama had a picture taken with Louis Farakhan when Obama was a senator. that didn't come out until recently. The birth certificate stuff was a bunch of conspiracy stuff.
Justice Kagan is not the first person appointed without any prior experience on the bench. Justice Rehnquist was appointed by Nixon in the early 70's, and he had never sat on the bench before. He later became Chief Justice (GHWB appointment I believe). Also, before Justice Sotomayor was nominated for an open seat by President Obama, Justice Scalia spoke highly of the possibility of Kagan being nominated. He thought highly of her credentials.
Most of the concern over Sotomayor was about that statement, although I think that's from a speech, not a legal brief.
I bet you never attended HS parties when you were in college.......only a total nerd would do such a thing.
Another accuser, anonymous at this time, has come forward with another sexual assault allegation from 1998. The Senate Jusiciary Committee has been made aware.

Not really. I was basically stating what was be being said by the other side at that time, not the real reasons why someone failed.
- Please admit that in the 70's hippies did want pot legalized. I never said that it was a political discussion. In fact, due to him, this was never an issue moving forward.
- So you are saying Judge Thomas is a serial rapist, but the left never pursued it?
- Clinton was the teflon president, but please tell me that you voted for Clinton and HRC even after realizing that he was the only real rapist in this whole discussion- but Justice Thomas and Kav. are Cosby level perverts?
- I forgot about the Willie Horton ads: It was racist to bring up "soft on crime" using someone who actually committed a crime.
- Romney was painted as anti-woman- that was the business practices they highlighted. He never had a chance vs Obama but it did not stop the left from painting him as a white male who keeps women in the kitchen.
- Russian's was brought up during the election and the Steel document was released prior to the Nov. elections.
- I was wrong on Kegan- my bad.
- If you are going to fact check me at least be objective about it.
This guy is going to be the subject of all kinds of great memes, especially where denial of anything is the topic.
She literally says she was a victim of a gang rape and they were present. Like I said, interpret that however you want. As to why she never named the others...what others are being nominated for the SC or best buds with the nominee?
And then she went back to the same type of parties for another year.

I’m asking you how you interpret it.
Seems like a logical reason to not name her rapists or those she witnessed raping other girls at these rape rallies she attended. None of them are up for SCOTUS, we’ll just let them be. Maybe she can catch another rape party though, they just have been a hoot to go to them for 3 years.
