This a huge red flag to me. When I read the letter, I thought, this guy needs to go. Once I really took my time to digest it, she actually does not make any real claims at all. She claims that he was there but other than that, it's all conjecture and states things in general terms without any factual statements. Things like, "making demeaning statements" "was in a line to go next" How does she know anyone in line was waiting their turn? Did they have a ticket dispenser like at a deli? She only says that these things happened but never once said she saw what was happening. In her own rape, she never stated that they were involved just that they were present? Present in the room? at the party, or present at the party but not when it happened?
She is two years older than anyone else at the party and if this was actually going on and she did nothing, I truly think that she is more to blame than the boys at the party.

If all this was happening, why have there been no reports when this was happening? Certainly one woman would have made a claim, if it was going on all the time.
Yeah, adult women were gang raped by him in full view of other people. He was standing outside the room. Everyone of these teenagers were powerful people in Hollywood and could destroy a person. If this was happening all the time, somebody is going to tell.
Actually I think a number of Cosby's victims did go to the police and did file criminal complaints...imagine that.
Bill Cosby had victims dating back into the late 60's. He wasn't in a position of power. The bulk of the women assaulted, per the claim, were underage and drunk. There are potentially a lot of reasons why they wouldn't report, and one of them might be that they remembered very few details about the assaults - hard to prosecute people if you can't say who assaulted you.
I believe he was found guilty on three counts in an incident with one woman who filed a criminal complaint in a timely fashion. I don't believe any of the other allegations have or will go to court.
My son when he was a sophomore in college (3 years ago) called me at 3:00 AM in the morning. Answering, I knew something was wrong. He went on to tell me that his roommates girl (friend) just said she was raped in his apartment ( his roommates bedroom) by some guy from another school who was visiting. The guy took off before she made the claim and wanted to know what to do. His other roommates wanted to let it blow over.
I told him to call the cops and be honest about everything that happened. He called the cops against his buddies wishes and the cops came. She told them that she was raped and they put out a very rigorous search in the area. They found the kid hiding in his car and arrested him. Four days later, she recanted her story and said that she was drunk and did not want her boyfriend to break up with her for cheating with him in his own bed.
Not sure what this has to do with this story but just goest to show you that it takes two to tango.
The American people will put an end to this nonsense in a few weeks. People are livid, infuriated, boiling in anger over the indecency, debauchery, and abject unfairness of this entire spectacle.

Well their hatred will be even more pronounced as Judge Kavanaugh simply uses the Constitution to dismantle and further discredit their failed ideology and legislative ideas. I guess I just don’t understand the relevancy in your question. It either happened or it didn’t. On one side you have a credible woman with multiple security clearances who wrote a sworn testimony and is willing to take a polygraph and testify before Congress...and on the other side you got a guy who is already backing off his claims of never drinking in high school and whose yearbook reads like the script to Porky’s Revenge III: Animal House Redux
