Maybe the Left is right?

When it comes to this budget and the disaster that is shaping up as Republicans in Congress squander more of our tax dollars. I can't understand why the Left would be upset with this spending boondoggle, replete with its 900 billion dollars in red ink? What I can't understand as a Conservative is what the Hell did we vote for, if the Republicans can't get their act together on this deficit spending? Disgusting!

excerpt:
"With every budget bill, Republicans find a way to up the ante on their perfidy and give Democrats more than they could get when they were in control"
...more
“Almost anything the Republican leadership in the Senate achieved this year, they achieved on Democratic terms. … Democrats had an amazingly good year.”

Wrong board, as you know, but probably a good idea to no longer assume anything with politicians even if they claim to be Republican or Democrat.

You are 100% correct. I hope Vernon moves this and I am thoroughly fed up with all politicians who only care about spending that pile of loot they control courtesy you and me.

to me it should be the necessary incentive to help Trump "drain the swamp" of ALL establishment types--Democrats above all but including the Republican RINOs and "anti-Trumpers". We need to have ruling by those who support his agenda and NOT those who are just as bad ad many of the Dems. Vote them ALL out and replace with others who will have more concern for the 'people' they are elected to represent and not be so married to lobbyists, big business and their oun or party agenda. We have a great opportunity to restock the Congress with a more conservative breed in less than 2 months. Do it. Get rid of the obstructionist Republicans (Ryan is going willfully) and ALL (if possible) Dems in lock step with their Socialist leaders. Going as far left as many Dems are now going is a formula for real failure for this Country (as if Obama was not a monumental failure!)

@WVUCOOPER @Original Mountaineer1 I have to concede to you guys if this doesn't change. GOP totally sold out on any attempts to curve these deficits and I'm absolutely disgusted with every damn one of them who voted for this POS.

Time for a Constitutional Convention. It's hopeless we'll ever get this debt paid off and it's going to strangle us one day. You guys were right, I was wrong. Republicans talk more sh*t about smaller Government than I can stand.

Agree with all of this. It's not hopeless eerdoc, but it is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I'm close to just throwing in the towel and not caring if the whole system collapses. At least by then those bozos will know they can't keep doing business as usual.

The only difference between the GOP and Dem politicians are what they promise and who they promise it to. They're all liars and thieves. They all hate President Trump.
