The stadium will be loud, rowdy as this is the biggest game in years at NC State. I think WVU is real deal and gets it done.

Did you really think in the first half The Mountaineers play was outstanding? Seriously if The Mountaineers slow start against the likes of Oklahoma Oklahoma St or any of the top Big XII teams the outcome will not favor the Mountaineers.
Coach Holgrosen in the post game said almost the same thing.
Besides its coach Holgrosens 8th year as HC so yeah I expect a lot this season.

It’s not about being happy or not happy. It was a sloppy game. Lotsa penalties and missed blocking assignments. Remember the first play of the game? Holgorsen said he was glad to get this game over with after the big Tenn. win—eluding to a big win hangover.
We had 625 yards—the tenth time over 600 in the last 4 years—against a team which just lost to a school with no scholarship players. We were far more athletic than YSU. When we play the better teams with similar athletes we will lose with similar execution.
Pack fan here. It is a big game at Carter Finley, but come on, it's not the biggest game in years. The Clemson, Notre Dame, and FSU games over the past couple of years have been big games too.
Very true. Many are not that aware of our game with them. I was at Carter Finley stadium yesterday with a NC state Alum friend. Talked to the season ticket holder behind us and showed my hat which had the WV state outline in it. I pointed to it and said I would be there next week for the game and he said, “Oh UVA?”
I told him F**k UVA and West Virginia would give them a game.
This season ticket holder didn’t know the state, didn’t know their schedule, and was unaware that their toughest game so far this year was happening next week.
All they did was chant Go To Hell Carolina during every song. (Granted we have no problem doing that to Pitt)
Finley is good, no doubt, but NC State ranks 116th in rushing, averaging 99 yds per game, could mean a lot in rainy conditions. I agree that stats mean little after two games, but we've both played a pretty easy early schedule. We'll see. I expect us to be about a touchdown favorite going in.
Meh...A lot of these P5 vs Div II games have the home side with a slow start, I don't read too much into it...most of the time it's just a practice session to try out some new plays and see what ya have on the bench in a 'game' situation...the P5 team turns on the jets usually by the second or third quarter, so as not to flirt with disaster...
Don't bother or else you are a "hater." Doesn't matter that there are teams on the schedule that WVU can't afford to only play 2 quarters against.
WVU is the most expensive ticket ever at N.C. State. They don’t play Clemson this year in Raleigh and FSU ticket is cheaper than WVU.
WVU brings out the ACC fans. ACC needs WVU badly.
