It's downright idiocity. Booker breaks the law, risks explusion, to release memos written in 2002 where Kavanaugh states federal grants should be race neutral.

He's got him now!
Repubs shouldn't hide documents that could risk Kavanaugh being confirmed.

I read them, have you? About the only thing they didn't say is that he feeds the homeless in his spare time.

lol I'm glad that you've read 100,000 documents that haven't been released to the public. Repubs should find another candidate.

Kavanaugh ought to answer the questions asked him too. Don't you find it odd he refused to "remember" if he met with Trump's personal attorneys? Does it not concern you that he likely met with Trump's personal attorney knowing their is an active and on-going investigation?

That concerns the crap out of me and should concern every American.....and he refused to remember.

No. I care more about his Constitutional rulings than whether he had lunch with someone or not.

He said he wasn't convinced that Roe vs. Wade was settled law. And Tarheel sounds butt hurt because he knows hiding the emails makes it appear something shady going on in this Charade. Trump picked him for his views on the Presidency, ain't hard to see that. And ya'll would have howled bloddy murder if this had happened to Obamas nomination, oh wait, that's right, too close to an election. Who cares what the Trump fanboys ***** about, the old pale stale male GOP is toast after Trump. They prefer Authoritarianism, (as long as it's an old rich white guy) to the inevitable multicultural democracy that is inevitable in America, Demographics, lmfao.

Booker has went off his rocker, I guess trying to catch you.

There is nothing conspicuous about tha pages Booker released.

Im going to guess what they are not releasing mostly has to do with Gitmo and waterboarding, and not for his sake.

Kavanaugh will be confirmed. Booker the idiot should be expelled. Any of you liberals on this board who vote Democrat are ignorant or stupid but probably both.

Don’t stoop that low. You usually keep it at a high level and I respect that.

Anyone can see the Republicans on the Judicial Committee were making up rules as they went to keep damaging documents hidden from the other committee members and the public.

What rules were changed from what to what?

Hopefully not the one about Senators releasing info they are not supposed to. Is this Senate Rules or did he break a law? If it's Senate Rules, he needs ousted. If it's law, he needs thrown in jail.

BTW, my guess is that it's neither and it's just more grandstanding.

I’m pretty sure they were classified He broke the law, but Feinstein already set the precedent.

If he gets ousted or sent to jail, maybe Nike can pick him up for their 'sacrifice' campaign.

Damaging? From what Booker T Idiot released the documents weren't damaging at all. The GOP were stupid, as usual, to withhold them.

can you get any dumber?

Oh absolutely, I have a long ways to go. For instance, I could infer a board member is a house N. Or I could claim I'm two different races on two different days. That's a long ways down from where I am right now, though.
