I knew it was just a matter of time.....but I thought it would be about religion.

Cult fast food chain In-N-Out Burger is getting served after it was revealed the restaurant chain donated $25,000 to the California Republican Party.
California Democratic Party chairman Eric Bauman called for an In-N-Out boycott:
“Et tu In-N-Out,” the state party chairman wrote on Twitter. “Tens of thousands of dollars donated to the California Republican Party…it’s time to #BoycottInNOut – let Trump and his cronies support these creeps…perhaps animal style.”
In-N-Out’s reputation for fantastic burgers is bolstered by its policy of paying more than minimum wage and offering competitive benefits for fast food workers.

I ate at In-N-Out Burger one time and it was fantastic. Unfortunately I don't get to the west coast very often so I'll probably never eat there again.

It's not a bad burger, but I never thought it was anything special. I don't get why so many people make their O-face every time the place is mentioned.

I like that I can order the burger however I want, the secret menu is cool, and the fries can also be special ordered.

Da libs are boycotting a burger joint? Oh noes!

Trump cucks have boycotted the NFL, Netflix, Facebook, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, Time Warner, news as we know it, Macy's, Amazon, ConAgra, Comcast, Starbucks, Dell, Oreo, Google, Reddit, Tumblr, Youtube, Flickr, Instagram, Apple, Stubhub, Dropbox, Ebay, At&t, Ford, Tic Tacs, Yeti, Samsung, Grubhub and most of the entertainment industry.

I guess that's one way to get Murica back to the 50s.

Never had an In-N-Out burger... but I do like some 5 Guys.

Below is a comparison of In-N-Out Burgher and 5 Guys Burgers and Fries.

I've eaten at 5 Guys a handful of times. The burgers are great but messy. The fries as I recall are okay (but the article below says they're great).

A couple problems I've had with 5 Guys, which are really problems with my local versions of it, is that the one at the airport I go to is really slow (so now I no longer go) and the one in town has a tip jar on the counter when you order (which is probably a function of they kind of town I'm in because 5 Guys isn't the only fast food place with a tip jar.)

I've been to In-N-Out only one time and I can't even remember if I had fries but the burger was great and with their paper thing that covers the burger you don't get messy at all. I didn't mind getting messy when I ate when I was younger and sometimes I still don't but other times I do so it's nice to have the option of not being a mess afterwards.

I read several books about the Scott Peterson case. Off the top of my head there were four, three being by Anne Bird (Scott's half sister), Amber Frey (the woman Scott was fooling around with) and Laci Peterson's mother. They were all interesting they were from the POV of people already in Scott's life.

The 4th was by a journalist named Catherine Crier who had access to police records and police interviews, etc. And one tidbit it said was that after they arrested Scott Peterson in the San Diego area and were driving back to NoCal to put him in jail, they stopped at an In-N-Out drive thru to get food. They even told what Scott ordered, although I forget what it was now now.

If you live near a Wahlburgers try it out. I figured being celebrity owned it would be gimmicky and disappointing. We took my sister in law because she is a New Kids on the Block megafan. I figured you can do anything once. They were the best burgers I have ever had and they were 7-10 bucks and served with a side. I had a thanksgiving burger (turkey burger with dressing, butternut squash and a orange-cranberry sauce and it was great.) Girls had more traditional burgers and they were great too.

My own personal assessment of In-N-Out; I think their burgers are excellent......their fries puzzlingly lousy.....their employees quite good (by typical FF standards).....and their crowds (at least in California) to be a legitimate reason to never again go back.

Did you special order the fries? I have mine cooked extra crispy and that closes the taste gap significantly.

The quality of the food at Five Guys has greatly deteriorated over the years. I remember the original one in Arlington VA......great burgers and fries......and.....long lines.
