Why does the left hate America so much?

Its goal of shutting down free speech, embracing Socialism/Communism, erasing the Second Amendment and opening our borders proves it....Essentially selling our souls to Big Government.

Why? What is it, about freedom, that the left hates so much? Why do they want to drag America down to the levels of several countries already operating the way they suggest?

A main reason America was born, was to get away from Big Government and they want to go back.

Not to mention they support the groups, such as Antifa, who use violence to shut down anyone who oppose their hatred of America. They even support disrespecting our National Anthem. They don't want to debate or even listen to any opposition. They see nothing wrong with it. It's just mind-blowing. Conservatives can't even organize without the left flipping out and doing everything they can to silence any talk of American values.

The only explanation of why they do these things is that they despise America and that is why I ask why. Why does the left hate America? Where did this hatred come from?

They want to destroy what people all around the world are knocking down doors to be part of. The left wants to destroy the most successful system in the world. They want to give up our freedoms. I just don't get it.

Arrogance. Leftists are supremely arrogant people and because they do not agree with America's fundamental foundations based on Faith, Individual Liberty, and personal Freedom to pursue one's own path to happiness, they reject everything America stands for.

That's why we're racist, sexist, Islamophobic, Homophobic, Xenophobic, and any other "ist" or "phobia" they can imagine. In the world of Leftist Socialism, there is only the State and it's proscriptions for happiness and a fruitful existence. There is no other reality to them so conform, or face elimination.

If you disagree with someone on the Left what is the first reaction you get from them? Respect of your differences, tolerance, and a subsequent rational discussion of what separates you?

Name calling, derision, attacking your very existence and thought processes. Scorn, ridicule, ostracization, classification (as an "ist" or in possession of some "phobia") rejection and attempts to ban your thoughts or ideas from ever reaching anyone else or remaining uninhibited in your mind.

In short you will become the target of a blistering personal attack.

What you will not get is a substantive, well thought out, cogently explained, reasonable rebuttal of your position contrasted to theirs with deference, respect, logic and unassailable facts that cannot be refuted. If you use those tactics against them to defeat their emotion infused arguments and almost 100% reliably errant facts, they will try to destroy you.

Leftists cannot argue facts, or substance, or logic or Truth. Why? Because they rely on emotions, feelings, illogical non substantive platitudes, pejorative assumptions, lies, deceit, fear, and practice outright hostility towards anyone who challenges their political orthodoxy and/or belief systems.

If you expect to win a fact based, mutually respectful disagreement with a Leftist, you expect to catch a mouse using an Elephant gun...or conversely catch an Elephant using a mouse trap. Cannot happen, will not ever be.

Lol, keep telling yourself that the trump fanboys are the uber patriots and the last defenders of American values, yeah, Trump is the defender of free speech. November gonna show ya that his schtick ain't selling.

Ypu keep putting a lot of weight on November but a sitting presidents party never does great during midterms.

Fair enough so why don't you name for us one or two major policy initiatives Democrats are offering now either superior to or in contrast to Trump's that voters will be picking over the Trump policy?

If you can't answer or don't have an answer how can you be so sure November will be such a big payoff for you?
