To put things in context, if Junior is guilty, then so is Schiff. Neither Russian had anything of value.
If what Don Jr did was a crime Obama would also be guilty after his 2007 world tour prior to his campaign. I doubt many people in Washington would survive that standard.

Zzzzzz is right... even the judge is getting annoyed with the charade.
It is weird because it would appear they have a case but they are acting like they want to win the case without Gates testimony.

Bank and tax frauds are a mere charade these days!
I realize being snarky and amusing ones self trumps reading these days but he didnt say the charges were a charade but the prosecutors have been challenged by the judge quite a bit for breaking the agreements they made pre-trial.

It could be the lawyers for the prosecution just are not very good, because it shouldn't be a hard case to make.

Federal prosecutors are always challenged by federal judges. Frequently and fervently.

Not sure who the lead prosecutor is but if it is Weisman it would explain why the judge is holding their feet to the fire. He has had I believe 2 cases overturned 9-0 by SCOTUS on appeal.

If truth be told, Adam Schiff is not the only one who got pranked. 90% of Libs, fell hook line and sinker for the “Russian Collusion” charade. They have been made to look like fools similar to the audio of Schiff. ( California citizens could not have a more appropriate representative, they deserve this Wing Nut).

You're whistling past the graveyard, stay tuned or at least try to follow along.

Election fraud for the Trump tower meeting. You can't conspire with foreign gov'ts to try to affect a U.S. election.
You realize the FBI paid a foreign intel officer for dirt on Trump?

Dont see the DOJ opening that can of worms.

Soooooo, the Chris Steele (foreign actor) Dossier sourced from the Russian intelligence branch (foreign actors) purchased by the Clinton campaign? Not the same?

Clinton never paid Chris Steele. Clinton hired Fusion GPS, an American firm.
What part of this is too difficult for you to understand because you keep stumbling on this like a drunk Marshall fan trying to forget about the 12-0 record?

Hiring a hit man doesn't get you out of a charge of murder.
