we will see a Don Jr. indictment this week?

Will Meuller wait until the first Manafort trial is over?
I would guess if one was coming it would have happened before now. Not sure why the manafort trial is relative to it. I would not bet against anything.

Your star witness admits he stole money from the defendant? Not a good start.

His accountant has already testified he had overseas bank accounts and stated that he did not identify them on his tax forms and claimed no income from them. That was when his wife left the courtroom crying.

Yep, it’s gonna be good.

Where does the part about Russian collusion and the 2016 election come in?

And the crime he will be charged with relating to “conspiracy”?

Conspiracy to violate

52 USC 30121

(a) Prohibition

It shall be unlawful for--

(1)  a foreign national, directly or indirectly, to make--

(A)  a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State, or local election;

(B)  a contribution or donation to a committee of a political party;  or

(C)  an expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication (within the meaning of section 30104(f)(3) of this title);  or

(2)  a person to solicit, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national.

(b) “Foreign national” defined

As used in this section, the term “foreign national” means--

(1)  a foreign principal, as such term is defined by section 611(b) of Title 22 , except that the term“foreign national” shall not include any individual who is a citizen of the United States;  or

(2)  an individual who is not a citizen of the United States or a national of the United States (as defined in section 1101(a)(22) of Title 8 ) and who is not lawfully admitted for permanent residence, as defined by section 1101(a)(20) of Title 8 .

Information = other thing of value. It is illegal for a foreign national to make the contribution and it is illegal to accept it from the foreign national.

So they conspired to violate 52 USC 30121.

You're welcome.

So just so we have it on record, your position is that Don Jr. will be charged and (convicted / plea deal) with conspiracy to violate 52 USC 30121. Is that correct?

If he doesn’t work a plea deal, he could be charged with conspiracy to violate 52 USC 30121.

Do you have some sort of f’ucking reading comprehension problem? He admitted he met with Russians to obtain dirt on Hillary. Which part of this is too difficult for you to understand? Russians? Foreign nationals? Thing of value?

I will ask you again, is it your position that Don Jr. will be charged and convicted / plea deal with conspiracy to violate 52 USC 30121? That is not that difficult of a question to understand, and we will have it on record.

I’ll ask you again. Which part are you struggling with? Conspiracy? Russians? Thing of value? Accept? Foreign nationals?

I’m trying to help you understand. It is very clear to anyone with average intelligence he conspired to violate 52 USC 30121.

Do you not agree he committed conspiracy to violate said statute?

Did he? Yes or no?
As far as your question, I have no idea.
NOW, are you going to answer the QUESTION or NOT?

I can’t predict whether or not someone will prosecute him. I clearly laid out, for anyone with common sense, to see that he committed conspiracy. He admitted it.

I do expect an indictment soon.

Thank you, we have you on record that you expect Don Jr. will be indicted, as the result of committing conspiracy “as anyone with common sense” can see.
