Logically, you’re going to tell me with a straight face that this guy wasn’t acting out of hate fueled emotions stemming from the BLM movement?

Dear Leader’s comments were on the first day of the Charlottesville incident. During that day, there were individuals there solely in support of keeping the statue from historical perspective and from a southern heritage and historical preservation perspective as well as peaceful protesters in opposition. The Nazis and Antifa weren’t in play yet. The Nazis had only marched the evening before.
The President was trying to create a distinction between the Nazis/Antifa and regular folk so they didn’t all get lumped into one big group of hate. It’s been convenient for you all to lump it all together to further your narrative that he’s a racist, because that’s what you sorry fvcks do. You’re all weak pissy pants little girls that cry racism.

It was a byproduct of reconstruction efforts that allowed us to rebuild and reunite our nation.
I understand the complexity of the history of this nation. But any “heritage” that needs to be kept alive by statues, should probably just fvcking die anyway.

Absolute ********. The Robert E Lee Statue was erected in 1924. That’s almost 50 years AFTER the reconstruction period.
