are no joke.

I'm loving mine. Smoked burgers this week, with a nice Apple Wood pellet.

Cool. I've eaten a bunch of smoked bbq in the past 6 months or so that I'm actually tired of the smoke flavor. I'm just wanting a good grilled taste on my food at the moment. I'm cooking high and fast instead of low and slow.

Which brand? Why did you buy the one you bought?

A Pit Boss. Lowes had a big sale on them a while back, had one in stock, and it had decent reviews. Only thing I may do is replace the controller, but otherwise it cooks great.

haha. Pretty certain I have had worst. But to each his own. My rule of thumb if anyone cares; cook how one likes it but bring the flavor and it is all good.

I'd also add, experiment some as well.

I'm going to do some burgers this weekend on my Masterbuilt. Have cooked whole chicken, ribs, wings, brisket on it so far this summer, and each time it's worked out perfectly. I highly recommend one of those to anybody looking for an electric smoker.
