Article on CNBC app says the retired judge reviewing Michael Cohen’s records for Privileged communications reported 70 hours spent so far to review 292,006 documents. I hope she has a staff helping her. Otherwise (if my quick calculatons are correct), if she is the only one reviewing the documents, she is “reviewing” 69 documents per minute. Even if she’s using some word-search software, that’s still pretty fast at less than 1 second per document. I don’t know who that favors, prosecution or Cohen, or neither. Must be using a staff of lawyers to help her.
