That single sentence may indeed prove to be the proverbial moment history marks when the wheels came off of Mueller's Vaudeville act.

The judge gave prosecutos 2 weeks to proide him under seal the full unredacted memo from Rosenstein that defines the special prosecutors scope.

Hope this doesn't end up another Comey rollover and at the end find Manafort guilty.

I think this Judge is simply getting to the heart of the matter. What does any of this (Manafort) have to do with collusion, and by extension Trump "colluding" with Russians to steal the election? I still can't believe we're chasing that rabbit.

Comey will have some explaining to do if he's called back to testify under Oath. He's already told a few whoppers that need to be revisited. Mueller's also got some explaining to do because nothing he's done to this point proves any type of "collusion", so WTF is he up to?

lol. I'm so glad you posted famed legal scholar Jack Posobiec's tweet, because I was still pretty iffy on it being real. Glad he could confirm that for us that didn't read the dozens of other articles about what the judge had ordered.

They can ignore it but without it they will probably lose that case if they do.

Lose that case? There is no case. You’re a f’ucking moron. Please tell us you just pretend to be this f’ucking stupid.

The Special Counsel doesn’t report to a US District judge. This is f’ucking hilarious.

Huh? The SC can ignore a Federal Judge? I doubt that is their strategy.

This is Manafort's attorneys, and all about their attempts to have the case Mueller's pursuing against their client thrown out. That Judge simply wants to know what Mueller's interest in this case is since he's a SC with defined responsibility looking into collusion with Russia (or that's what he's supposed to be looking for)

Problem is he's not been charged to investigate any crime! Usually a special counsel is charged with pursuing a crime, or allegations of one. Mueller's crew has been searching for a crime, and Manafort's case is being used in an attempt to get at Trump.

That's why that Judge asked to see the memo from Rosenstein. The Judge wants to know what Mueller's interest in this case is as it relates to his charge acting as a special prosecutor looking for collusion? This could blow open the whole scam which has been nothing more than a political operation to get Trump out of Office. There is no collusion, there never was any...despite your promises we'd all "soon see" it.

This is precious. Calling someone a moron, and following it up by hoping they're pretending to be stupid, only to be the fvcking stupid, fvcking moron yourself (once again).

That is funny. Just like @dave called country out claiming we're all just a bunch of racists. @dave summed up how country ended up being the racist accusing everyone else of it! classic!

Country struggles to follow court proceedings. It's a racial thing. He goes into these issues looking for "justice" and discovers that's all who's there "just us".

Since he can't figure out what race he is he gets confused by the whole process.

I don't think people understand how big of a deal this is.

I posted my little opinion on it earlier in this thread.(post #42) I think it's HUGE. Wait till this Judge gets a look at that Rosenstein memo! I think it's the beginning of the end. They can't hide behind "all of the other evidence" that existed prior to their application for that FISA warrant. There wasn't any...so what were they up to? Why did they have to spy on innocent Americans and unmask their names?

We may get to finally find out (as if we don't already know) but their veil of secrecy has been lifted.

Big time revelation in this story.

Never mind, thought he was referring to something else.
What else were you thinking about when you called me a moron for suggesting that Mueller had to answer to a District Court judge?

Why do you ever question me for that matter. Every time you challenge me I have absolutely fuking destroyed your simpleton claims with facts and hundreds have joined me in mocking your stupidity. The next time your stupid *** thinks about challenging me ask yourself if your fragile ego can handle more humiliation because I promise you dumbfuk, humiliation is what I will bestow upon you.

most have figured this out this **** show from the ******** a long time ago, get more popcorn, sit back & watch.

That Judge in his order to Mueller's crew essentially accused them of lying! If any of you can catch Hannity...he's breaking it all down perfectly.

If Mueller loses his ability to prosecute Manafort, it makes his whole effort to date essentially worthless because he doesn't have anything else particularly regarding any possible "collusion" and he can't offer Manafort any plea deals in hopes of him giving up something on Trump. Forget about Flynn...that case is about to be thrown out on the simple fact Flynn broke no Law. So this is sh*t or get off the pot time for Mueller. If he's got anything, he'd have to prove it without ostensibly his star witness. That's why this was so huge.

I don't know if anyone can access it, but Salem radio's Jay Sekulow had just a brilliant lay out of the entire court civil case, and how it will effect Mueller's prosecution. I think there is a rebroadcast somewhere, but it was stunning in it's depth, accuracy, context, and explanation of the entire Federal court and due process which is what this Judge so vividly pointed out.

"The American people do not believe anyone has unlimited power" according to the Judge. It was riveting radio.

You ever read Muellers resume? He doesn't seem to be one to overstep his bounds, now if a cop goes to your house to investigate a domestic and there is a pound of crack on your table, they gonna notice that and charge ya.
Mueller has, apparently, been quite successful in ‘pulling the wool over the eyes’ of so many in DC for a very long time. Sounds like so few were ambitious enough thoroughly evaluate his actions and performance and, thus, discover just how political and corrupt he reslly is.

All one has to do is look at the composition of his staff. They're all Democrat political operatives! Rosenstein should have dismissed him just for that!
