Glad the GOP was able to identify, address and ultimately solve the problem. Dems are useless.

$2,235/year based on average salary (their numbers, not mine). Plus they are pushing to legalize marajuina and pass sports betting with proceeds going to fix PEIA.

Hey, the good news is that every teacher got the exact same raise. Good ones....****** ones.....average ones.

Thank goodness business doesn't operate this way. Shew.

So you are glad that Good ones didn't get say 7%, average ones 5%, and ****** ones 3%? Seems fair to me. Don't they do annual evaluations on teachers each year? Are all teachers EXACTLY the same quality and be compensated EXACTLY? Just askin'...not against raise, just how it is allocated.

Wait till they have to raise more taxes to pay for it -- or have to cut WVU's budget further to pay for it.

Yeah I’m glad teachers got more money. All of em. They teach our kids and it’s a brutal job and get paid like garbage men. Chill out and have a drink or get some *** or something man.

Exactly. When I was in the Navy, the ****** O-3s made the exact same amount of money that the awesome O-3s make. That said, they didn't get promoted as quickly.

You're right. It's not based on job performance at all, based on seniority. Old ones stay there for as long as they want, even if they aren't any good. Really good ones don't paid adequately for what they deserve...you know like pretty much like everyone else in America who gets paid based on their value and what they're worth...

Whole system is screwed up. Add in that it's very hard to fire the bad ones as well and this is what you have.
